Oksana Grigorieva Wins Attorneys Fees From Mel Gibson

Oksana Grigorieva has just won $300,000 from ex-boyfriend Mel Gibson, however that money will not go into her pockets, but instead be handed over to hear team of nearly 40 lawyers.
Oksana’s lawyers requested the money which was granted by Judge Scott Gordon who told Gibson’s team that the money must be handed over immediately.
The new amount of money brings Grigorieva’s total lawyer haul from Gibson to a mind boggling number just over $1 million, quite a bit of money to spend when fighting for child support of one child.

During her Larry King interview Oksana Grigorieva opened up more about her abusive relationship with actor Mel Gibson.
According to Oksana not only did Mel leaves threatening voice mail messages, he also hit her (we previously reported that he knocked out several of her teeth), choked her and even waved a gun at her during a violent January 6th encounter.
What makes Grigorieva’s claims even worse is that she claims during the attack that she was holding the couples daughter Lucia in her arms and that it occurred in front of her son.

Mel Gibson Can’t See Daughter Lucia On Her First Birthday

Mel Gibson can’t see his daughter Lucia on her first birthday after a judge shut down the actors attempts at a visit. Lucia is the daughter Gibson had with his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.
Mel was able to see Lucia on Oct. 29 but had to return her at night to Oksana. Lucia’s birthday is Saturday Oct. 30.
Gibson told the judge that his nanny who transports Lucia back and forth was sick, however Oksana argued that he has another Nanny who could handle the transport and the judge agreed.
Oksana has already been arguing that Mel has too much visitation rights with their daughter.

Here’s a fun fact, Mel Gibson has hired an “independent observer” to watch over him and his children during his court approved visits. The observer has been hired so Mel can prove he’s not abusing the child he had with Oksana Grigorieva.
TMZ is reporting that the observer was hired a week ago for 2 reasons: – To refute ongoing allegations by Oksana … sources say she keeps alleging that Mel is abusing their child.
– To facilitate and speed up the investigation by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services.

Oksana Grigorieva cost herself $15 million when tapes of Mel Gibson ranting about N@ggers and Wetbacks began popping up over the last several weeks.
TMZ has learned that Mel’s lawyers offered his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child $15 million to destroy the secret tapes, an offer she first agreed to then backed away from before making the contract official
The $15 million package included child support, a house and various other assets.
While the package didn’t name the tapes directly, it did ask that all “evidence” be destroyed and facts about their relationship be kept quite.

With bad press circulating on a daily basis, it’s being reported that Mel Gibson is packing up and moving back to his native homeland…Australia.
The Daily Beast reports that Gibson will reunite with his ex-wife Robyn while in Australian and that he’s so serious about the move that he’s already sold his Greenwich, Connecticut and Malibu homes.
According to the home sales, his Old Mill Farm home in Greenwich sold for $24, while his Malibu house was put on the market for $15 million but has yet to find a seller.

Mel Gibson Gets Axed By Talent Agency

William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, the agency responsible for representing Mel Gibson has dropped the racist actor from their portfolio.
It was announced earlier this week by Patrick Whitesell that his agencies workers will no longer work with the troubled actor.
The move comes just after Gibson’s longtime friend and agent Ed Limato died on July 3rd.
The move shouldn’t come as a surprise with company partner Ari Emanuel speaking in public about his disgust with Gibson’s anti-Semitic remarks. Throw in racism against blacks in recent alleged recordings and they had good reason to remove
