Victory is theirs!
In two new posters for this November’s Catching Fire, Jennifer Lawrence (as Katniss) and Josh Hutcherson (as Peeta) pose as the victors of the 74th annual Hunger Games.
The story kicks off with the pair embarking on its victory tour, unaware that President Snow has a surprise in store for them at the 75th Annual Hunger Games, also known as the Quarter Quell.

Catching Fire will be directed by Francis Lawrence and hit theaters on November 22. We cannot wait.

Shaun White Arrested for Vandalism and Public Intoxication

Shaun White might dominate in the air of winter, but the snow boarder extraordinaire got himself in some trouble early Sunday morning on the grounds of a Nashville hotel.
Here’s what allegedly went down:
The Nashville Metro Police Department says cops were called to the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel around 2 a.m. because a clearly drunk White evacuated the facility by pulling the fire alarm. He also reportedly smashed a phone.
When another guest tried to stop The X Games champion from fleeing the scene via taxi, White kicked that individual and sprinted away on foot. Or tried to, at least.

Oscar Pistorius of South Africa may not have captured a medal at the London Olympics, but you’d be hard pressed to find a bigger winner at the games, or in life.
This photo surfacing Sunday on Twitter proves it 1,000 times over.

And the U.S. judo team member hilariously claims it’s due to the accidental ingestion of a pot brownie.

Michel Morganella has become the second Olympic athlete sent home from the Summer Olympics due to an offense message on Twitter.
Two days before the Games even started, Voula Papachristou of Greece was given the boot after disrespecting African-Americans in a joke about West Nile mosquitoes.
Now Morganella – a member of the Swiss soccer team – has suffered the same fate after a defeat to South Korea resulted in a Tweet that included references to wanting to “punch” and “burn” the victors from that nation.

In fewer than 140 characters, the 2012 Olympic dreams of Voula Papachristou have been dashed.
Greece’s triple-jump champion has actually been removed from her country’s national team just days prior to the Opening Ceremony in London because she posted the following Tweet on July 22:
“With so many Africans in Greece .. At least the mosquitoes of West Nile .. will eat homemade food!”

At the 2012 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday evening, host Russell Brand kicked off the event with a zany monologue in which he mocked Justin Bieber, Charlie Sheen, Kim Kardashian, Michael Fassbender’s penis, Katy Perry and himself.
After giving Bieber props for his alleged scuffle with a photographer, Brand said, “Justin Bieber is so pretty that even if he was attacking me, I’d do a little orgasm.”
