Erin Andrews is still waging a legal war over her infamous (and illegally shot) naked peephole video, thanks to The Dirty, which flat-out won’t take the pics down.
More than a year after that perv Michael David Barrett illegally filmed Erin Andrews nude (he’s in jail), she says she can still find pics from the tape on the site.
Her lawyer has filed a letter demanding they be removed from cyberspace, but The Dirty, operated by Shayne Lamas’ husband Nik Richie, refuses to comply.
