Due to his fowl behavior, this is anything but a pleasant Thanksgiving for Gabriel Aubry, as Halle Berry’s ex got into it this morning with Halle Berry’s fiance, actor Olivier Martinez.
According to TMZ sources, Aubry arrived at Berry’s residence to drop off the couple’s daughter, Nahla, and simply “went nuts.”
It’s unclear what preceded the fisticuffs, but Aubry got into a brawl with Martinez and ended up in the hospital. He was later arrested for battery.
Berry and others were allegedly present for the fight, which Martinez appeared to win. How do we know?

Halle Berry received bad news in her personal life today: a judge ruled that she cannot move to France with four-year old daughter Nahla.
The actress had been locked in a long-term struggle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry over her authority to make such a decision, with the Canadian model even arguing at one point that the move would endanger Berry’s life.
Berry, who is engaged to Olivier Martinez, says she never had any intention to take Nahla away from her father, but the ruling still did not turn in her favor, according to TMZ.

The shocking release of Kate Middleton topless photos, taken from a distance while she was at a private villa in France, has sparked debate over the ethics of celebrity media coverage. Most people tend to sympathize with the Duchess of Cambridge here.
Donald Trump, however, is not most people.
In a series of Tweets, the blowhard opined that Middleton herself is to blame for the nude photos – she didn’t have to strip down outdoors, after all!
“Kate Middleton is great, but shouldn’t be sunbathing in the nude, she has only herself to blame,” writes Trump. “Who wouldn’t take Kate’s pictureMore >

Halle Berry is engaged to Olivier Martinez and hopes to make her permanent residence in her fiance’s native country of France.
But Gabriel Aubry does not want his ex-girlfriend taking his daughter so far away, and the model’s attorney made a convincing argument in court today in an attempt to force Berry to remain in the United States:
She might die abroad!!!
Aubry’s lawyer cited the 1997 car accident that took Princess Diana’s life – which resulted from a paparazzi chase – as an example that the country is no place for celebrities and argued that Berry would be placing theMore >

It took a last-second goal by Alex Morgan to send the U.S. Women’s Soccer Team into its Gold Medal matchup against Japan, but no such heroics were required to earn the Yanks a revenge-filled victory today:
Yes, we did! By a score of 2-1, America took down the team that shocked us in last summer’s World Cup finals.
Carli Lloyd scored in the eighth and 54th minutes of the game, with Yuki Ogimi netting a shot in the 63rd minute, and the U.S. held on for the prize it had been aiming for over the past two weeks.

A London native on vacation in France and apparently overcome with Olympic mania had to be rescued after attempting to swim to the U.S.
The unnamed 34-year-old told friends on the beach at Biarritz that he was off to New York to “carry the Olympic spirit across the Atlantic.”
That’s almost 3,600 miles. He probably made it at least 1-2.
His friends thought he was joking, but knowing that he was a strong swimmer, decided to let him go, figuring he’d turn around or be rescued if needed.

It’s all fun and games until someone flashes a Swastika in concert.
During a concert in Tel Aviv earlier this year, Madonna aired a video that included a shot of the infamous Nazi symbol, using it as a way to call out National Front leader Marine Le Pen, a political leader with extraordinarily conservative views.
She then did so again in Paris on Saturday, with 70,000 attendees looking on, and will likely now face legal consequences.
Le Pen is expected to take Madonna to court, according to The Guardian, deeming the act a “public insult.”
Johnny Depp is ready to pay Vanessa Paradis a massive amount as a good faith gesture and to keep their separation amicable, according to reports.

Depp and Paradis separated this week, but are determined to keep the already difficult breakup amicable. A nine-figure check can’t hurt.
As the couple weren’t married, negotiations over financial support could be complicated, according to legal experts … which is why it just won’t happen.

So she did. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star made a beeline for Beyonce’s concert at Revel’s Ovation Hall in Atlantic City, N.J., on Sunday night.
