Halle Berry Loses Custody Hearing, Cannot Move Daughter to France
Halle Berry received bad news in her personal life today: a judge ruled that she cannot move to France with four-year old daughter Nahla.
The actress had been locked in a long-term struggle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry over her authority to make such a decision, with the Canadian model even arguing at one point that the move would endanger Berry’s life.
Berry, who is engaged to Olivier Martinez, says she never had any intention to take Nahla away from her father, but the ruling still did not turn in her favor, according to TMZ.

Donald Trump on Kate Middleton Topless Pics: All Her Fault, Totally Fair Game!
The shocking release of Kate Middleton topless photos, taken from a distance while she was at a private villa in France, has sparked debate over the ethics of celebrity media coverage. Most people tend to sympathize with the Duchess of Cambridge here.
Donald Trump, however, is not most people.
In a series of Tweets, the blowhard opined that Middleton herself is to blame for the nude photos – she didn’t have to strip down outdoors, after all!
“Kate Middleton is great, but shouldn’t be sunbathing in the nude, she has only herself to blame,” writes Trump. “Who wouldn’t take Kate’s picture

Gabriel Aubry Warns Judge: Halle Berry Could Die!
Halle Berry is engaged to Olivier Martinez and hopes to make her permanent residence in her fiance’s native country of France.
But Gabriel Aubry does not want his ex-girlfriend taking his daughter so far away, and the model’s attorney made a convincing argument in court today in an attempt to force Berry to remain in the United States:
She might die abroad!!!
Seriously.
Aubry’s lawyer cited the 1997 car accident that took Princess Diana’s life – which resulted from a paparazzi chase – as an example that the country is no place for celebrities and argued that Berry would be placing the

U.S. Women’s Soccer Team: Golden!!!
It took a last-second goal by Alex Morgan to send the U.S. Women’s Soccer Team into its Gold Medal matchup against Japan, but no such heroics were required to earn the Yanks a revenge-filled victory today:

That’s almost 3,600 miles. He probably made it at least 1-2.
His friends thought he was joking, but knowing that he was a strong swimmer, decided to let him go, figuring he’d turn around or be rescued if needed.
The man swam beyond buoys 300 yards out to sea, past the legal limits for bathing, then continued swimming

She then did so again in Paris on Saturday, with 70,000 attendees looking on, and will likely now face legal consequences.
