Well? Who among American Idol‘s magnificent seven is no longer with us?
Did someone we expected to stick around a lot longer get the boot? Or did America send one of the guys many people had in the bottom three packing?
As we saw it, Jacob Lusk, Scotty McCreery and Stefano Langone were in danger, with James Durbin, Casey Abrams, Lauren Alaina and Haley Reinhart safe.
We were two-thirds correct. Jacob, Haley and Stefano were on the block …

After last week’s shocking elimination of Pia Toscano on American Idol, we learned to be prepared for everything. No one is safe going into the results show.
Would someone we expected to stick around all season be ousted again tonight? Or would America cast its ballots more predictably this time? We had no clue.
We did accurately predict that three among these four – Jacob Lusk, Paul McDonald, Stefano Langone and Haley Reinhart – would comprise the final three.
Paul, Stefano and Haley earned the fewest votes after Wednesday night.

Monday’s Dancing With the Stars brought emotional routines and notable moments, such as Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Kirstie Alley taking a spill, but rising again.
As far as scoring was concerned, talk show host Wendy Williams earned the night’s lowest scores – just 15 points out of 30 – for a stiff fox trot with Tony Dovolani.
She was well back of the field, but was there a chance voters could propel her past another low flier, like Chris Jericho, to survive another week on DWTS?

“It’s better to burn out than to fade away.”
These words were penned by Neil Young in his famous song, “Hey Hey, My My,” but took on new meaning when Kurt Cobain quoted them in his suicide note.
Grunge rocker. Music pioneer. Rock God. Troubled individual. Kurt Cobain was all of those things and more, and his legend has only grown since his death.
Cobain died from a gunshot wound inflicted in what police ruled a suicide. He was not found dead on April 8, but died April 5, 1994 – 17 years ago today.
Controversy still swirls around his death and legacy,More >
Britney Spears appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, and on top of performing two tracks from her new album, showed us how to make a very special cocktail.
This was, in fact (not really), a deleted scene from Jackass 3D. It may not have made the final cut, but Johnny Knoxville was kind enough to share it with us here.
It’s called Poo Cocktail Supreme. Britney Spears is the “bartender” of sorts. If you get queasy easily, you might not want to watch this. Everyone else, go to it:

Will Ronnie Magro be allowed to film Jersey Shore’s fourth season in Italy despite the pending litigation against him? His lawyer is trying to make it happen.
Joseph A. Raia told a judge that the reality star will submit an application for a pretrial intervention program in connection with a pending assault charge.
The charge is in connection with an 18-month-old incident in which Ron cold cocked Stephen Izzo with one punch after an exchange at a Seaside Heights.
The incident was broadcast in an episode titled, fittingly, “One Shot.” The court application would allow Ronnie to tape theMore >
Tiger Woods made a rare television appearance last night on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon – the golfer’s first such interview since the late 2009 “incident.”
We don’t have to get into Rachel Uchitel, the car crash and everything else. Fallon started off asking Woods what he’s been up to the last year and a half.
“Oh, nothing, nothing… Playing bad golf,” the champion said, smiling.
“From a comedian’s stand-point and my monologue writers, thank you,” Fallon said, speaking for all of us. “Your awful pain, we laughed at your pain.”
Even Tiger had to chuckle when Fallon added: “Not even makingMore >
Racking up millions of YouTube views and mentions on celebrity gossip sites like this one, Rebecca Black’s “Friday” has become an instant Internet sensation.
Little did we know it was just a Bob Dylan cover sung by a no-talent hack.
The legendary singer of “Blowin’ in the Wind,” “Like a Rolling Stone,” “The Times They Are a-Changin’” and other American anthems has such an incredible resume, some of his works are lost in the shuffle, hidden gems waiting to be discovered.
Maybe now, “Friday” will be recognized among Dylan’s greatest hits:More >
Lady Gaga is reaching out to her Little Monsters to help support tsunami victims in Japan. Appropriately, she’s doing so with a fashionable twist.
She designed a simple white and red bracelet, with the phrase “We Pray for Japan” in both English and Japanese. All proceeds go to relief efforts.
The singer Tweeted: “I Designed a Japan Prayer Bracelet. Buy It/Donate here and ALL proceeds will go to Tsunami Relief Efforts. Go Monsters!”
She’s off the wall with fashion, but on the ball when it comes to charity.
Gaga’s bracelet costs a modest $5, but the Mother Monster encouraged her legions ofMore >
Last night on The Bachelor: Women Tell All special, Ashley Hebert debuted a new look, and quite a striking one at that. But did she need a makeover?
The Maine native’s appeal, on top of her brains and effervescent personality, is that classic, cute, girl-next-door look. She’s approachable and sweet.
That said, why dye her hair, style it this way and have her wear so much makeup, ABC? Is this a prerequisite for her being the next Bachelorette?
Just our opinion. Tell us what you think her best look is …

The Mel Gibson voicemail rants against Oksana Grigorieva are authentic and were not tampered with, according to analysis by a forensic audio expert.
They are also really freaking insane!
Kent Gibson, a certified forensic audio expert who has previously worked for the FBI and L.A. County Sheriff department, wrote in a court declaration:
“In my professional opinion as a forensic audio examiner, I conclude that the recordings have not been modified and can be considered authentic.”
Kent’s declaration, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court Dec. 9, came after he wasMore >
Last week, a graphic photo of a battered Rihanna leaked.
That image showed, for the first time, the gruesome extent of the damage caused by then-boyfriend Chris Brown the night before the 2009 Grammy Awards.
Now, a new photo has surfaced that reportedly shows a lip injury Chris suffered the night he beat Rihanna up. The damage is minor, but it’s still there.
MediaTakeOut, which broke the story, says the pic was taken after the fight, during which he claimed Rihanna hit him first. Follow the jump to see:

Michael Jackson’s estate has been raking in the cash since he passed away, without the music superstar being around to promote his own iconic image.

We saw it in “Hold My Hand” (with Akon, below) and for his next video, the star’s official site is actively recruiting fans to upload and edit their clips!

Earlier this week, a judge allowed Chris Brown to once again have contact with former girlfriend Rihanna, tossing the restraining order against him.
With the passage of time, and Brown doing an exemplary job with his probation, one practically forgets that he beat his one-time lady love senseless.
Until today, when MediaTakeOut posted uncensored photos of Rihanna’s battered face after the attack – pictures even more graphic than you think.
