Tuesday, on the anniversary of his death, The Bachelorette star tweeted a Bible verse as a poignant reminder that he is still present in her life and her daughter Ricki’s.
Emily Maynard wrote, citing 1 Corinthians 2:9 …

According to reports, producers want her to come back next season, just days after she confirmed her breakup with Jef Holm, her final rose recipient this year.

Emily Maynard and Jef Holm continued their media blitz today, appearing on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM morning radio show and making a couple announcements.
First, Maynard will soon be Emily Holm.
“Even though I went on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, I’m pretty traditional, believe it or not, so yeah – sure [I'll change my name],” the beautiful single mother said.
Holm then reiterated his plans to relocate to North Carolina and could not have sounded more excited over the couple’s future.

According to a tabloid report, The Bachelorette star herself was shot down on the finale by one of her two remaining hopefuls, Arie Luyendyk, Jr. and Jef Holm.

Emily Maynard is clearly still bitter at Kalon McMahon, who she kicked off The Bachelorette this week. Knowing he’s in the Bachelor Pad 3 cast, she won’t watch it.
McMahon, 27, will compete against previous Bachelor and Bachelorette stars like Erica Rose, Lindzi Cox, Ed Swiderski and Season 2 winner Michael Stagliano.
Maynard won’t be tuning in to watch them battle each other and fans for the $250,000 prize, she announced via Twitter Thursday. Her reasoning for that?

The Bachelorette ran it back with another partially-contrived, unintentionally hilarious, uber-dramatic episode tonight on Memorial Day. And what an episode.
Okay, it was pretty run-of-the-mill. But between some vintage Bachelorette cliches, a romantic date with Arie Luyendyk, Jr., and some man tears, it had its moments.
After two weeks of first impressions – some good, some not – the remaining men took another shot tonight, and man oh man, things started to get REAL.
Real dumb.
