Rivera got popped for “being under the influence of marijuana,” while his brother, who was pulled over, ended up charged with even more serious offenses.

Baby daddy Jonathan Rivera of Teen Mom 2 quasi-fame spent Valentine’s Day behind bars for allegedly smoking marijuana, according to news reports.
Rivera, who stars alongside baby mam Kailyn Lowry and their son Isaac, was popped with brother Edward Rivera. Radar Online broke the story.
He has a long way to go to catch Jenelle Evans‘ rap sheet, but he got popped at 11:30 p.m. on February 13 on suspicion of being under the influence.
According to the report by the Lopatcong Township Police Department, Rivera was a passenger in his brother’s Honda Civic when it was pulled over.
