Jenelle Evans is back in rehab, again. It’s been a rough few days.
The trouble Teen Mom 2 star checked into a detox center last month and was released Friday, only to check back into a rehab facility after a tough few days.
Her addiction to heroin is believed to be the root of the problem.
“Jenelle was in great spirits before she went in,” says a source.
“She is really hoping that she can get control of her life. She is bi-polar and she’s had a really hard time balancing the medication she needs for that.”

It was clear long before people saw Amanda Bynes doing drugs and driving around aimlessly this week that she has been on a disturbing downward spiral.
Friends say she is “not in touch with reality” … gee, ya think?

The body of Rodney King was discovered at the bottom of a pool by his fiancee last month, with the cause of death listed as “accidental drowning.”
That may technically still be the case, but the official death report has come out and it’s undeniable now that the man whose 1991 beating sparked riots in Los Angeles stumbled to his demise at the result of numerous substances in his body.
It’s unclear if he jumped or fell into the water, according to the coroner, but King was “in a state of drug and alcohol induced delirium” at the time of his passing.

Bath Salts Bedlam: Designer Street Drug on the Rise, Targeted By New Legislation

A U.S. senator praised pending legislation proposing a nationwide ban on “bath salts,” a dangerous synthetic drug that officials believe led to the recent “zombie apocalypse” bloodbath in Miami where Rudy Eugene ate most of Ronald Poppo’s face.
“Dangerous drugs like bath salts are terrorizing communities and destroying lives,” Sen. Chris Coons (D) said Monday. “Stricter measures must be taken to stem the growing prevalence of bath salts and other new designer drugs.”

Marston Hefner, the oldest son of Hugh Hefner, was arrested after he allegedly attacked his Playmate of the Year girlfriend Claire Sinclair, according to reports.
Police were called to the residence Marston shares with Sinclair in Pasadena, Calif., after one of Sinclair’s family members called 911, claiming Marston had attacked her.
Officers observed visible injuries on Sinclair’s body, including bruises and red marks, and Marston admitted the two had gotten into an argument earlier.
He did not admit striking Sinclair, however.

The 25-year-old reported to her probation officer at an undisclosed location in Florida, saying she has had no source of income during the past 30 days.
Her probation order requires her to “work diligently at a lawful occupation,” but being jobless doesn’t necessarily put Anthony in violation of her probation.
