Whether a crime was committed or not is a different story, however.
The store may be hard pressed to prove she stole – and may have compromised prosecution by waiting to report the Lindsay Lohan necklace caper.
Lindsay Lohan needs to steal some new shorts next. Yikes.
The owner of Kamofie & Company claims Lindsay walked out with the $2,500 necklace on January 22, yet she did not inform the LAPD until the next day.

To sum up, Raz B (a former member of the group B2K) called Brown out for beating up Rihanna. Chris responded with a scathing, homophobic remark.

But the singer also opened up about something she hates, in a rambling, nonsensical way. Asked about the Fox smash Glee, Miley said:
