Acting legend Zsa Zsa Gabor received some bad news after returning to the hospital on Sunday. Doctors had to amputate the lower part of her right leg.
The 93-year-old was rushed by ambulance to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. There, doctors ordered that the surgery be performed on the actress.

(HMG Celebrity News) – Elizabeth Edwards who was hurled into the tabloid front pages when it was revealed her husband had had a love child with another woman, has released a statement on her Facebook page after being informed by her doctors that further cancer treatment would be unproductive. Edwards was reportedly told by her doctors last week that additional cancer treatments were futile, said a source close to the family. Her prognosis was described in terms of weeks, not months, the source said.

Bret Michaels Will Have Heart Surgery In January 2011

Bret Michaels, frontman for the glam rock band Poison will undergo heart surgery in January 2011 to repair a heart defect that popped up earlier this year.
The surgery will be done to repair a hole in the rockers heart, a hole that developed after Michaels suffered a brain hemorrhage in April 2010.
Michaels went on to make a recovery and even won Celebrity Apprentice despite his time spent in the hospital.
Bret has had heart issues since he was born according to his doctors, but the issue was not discovered until after his warning stroke in May.

[HMG Celebrity News] – In a sequel to yesterday’s story on Michael Douglas and his battle with cancer, his wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones has now told reporters she’s ‘furious’ at the Doctors who failed to spot the disease.

Michael Douglas To Undergo Chemotherapy For Tumor

Michael Douglas has announced that he has a tumor in his throat which will require 8 weeks of chemotherapy treatment according to PEOPLE.
The 65 year old star says his doctors expect him to make a full recovery and in a public statement he said in regards to his treatment, “I am very optimistic.”
Douglas has not announced whether or not the lump is malignant or benign.
The treatment comes just ahead of his new films Sept. 24 release, that move “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps” is the sequel to his hugely popular 90’s movie Wall Street.

Mandy Moore is set to reprise her role on the hit medical series Grey’s Anatomy. Moore first appeared on the show show during a two-part Season 6 finale and it has been confirmed by TV Guide that she’ll be featured on at least one new episode for season 7.
During last seasons ending episodes Moore received critical acclaim for her final performance, while 16.8 million viewers turned on their TVs to watch as a gunman took the doctors and patients of the ER hostage.
