Deena Nicole Cortese: Fined For Drunken Antics, Failure to Use Sidewalk

Jersey Shore’s Deena Nicole Cortese won’t face criminal charges for disorderly conduct following her arrest for acting like a drunk jackass in the middle of the day last month, however the hot mess will be forced to pay a fine.
For failing to use the sidewalk.
Deena was briefly jailed in Seaside Heights, N.J., for dancing in the streets and “slapping cars” … seriously. Her parents sprung her later that day.
A disorderly conduct charge was dropped today in court, but Deena must pay a fine after pleading guilty to what is known as a “Title 39″ instead.

Deena Cortese is the latest Jersey Shore star to go without makeup in a self portrait on Twitter, ditching the fake eyelashes, contacts and orange skin that are her staple.
The Meatball shared the no-makeup pic herself yesterday, writing “Lol no makeup n hairs in a pony but makos [the cat's] face is too cute not to tweet.” Indeed. So true.
Deena follows in the footsteps of her BFF – remember Snooki without makeup earlier this month? – and we have to say, the change is a positive (albeit short-lived one).
Doesn’t she look good? And probably 10 pounds lighter when you take off all that crap?

THG’s Jersey Shore recap, while thorough, does not do justice to Snooki.
On last night’s special episode, she went on a bender so magnificent that she got lost and couldn’t find the beach FROM THE BOARDWALK, then when she did make it down, proceeded to eat sand. Then she dropped F-bombs on the cops.
“Get the f**k off me,” pleaded Snooki, as JWoww and Deena Nicole cringed. “I’m a f**king good person!” A drunk, hilarious mess of a person, anyway:

Jersey Shore Premiere Posts Record Ratings

The Jersey Shore Season 3 premiere was watched by 8.4 million people.
In addition to being MTV’s most-watched event of all time, that’s up there with, if not surpassing, the viewership of many big-name network shows.
Some critics say the premise of the show (yelling, drinking, hooking up) is becoming stale by season three, but the huge ratings suggest otherwise.
The arrival of Deena Nicole Cortese and epic throwdowns like this one taking place as the credits rolled are sure to bring peeps back next week too:
