Charlie Sheen was shot down this afternoon in his legal bid to gain custody of sons Bob and Max away from strung-out ex-wife Brooke Mueller.
A judge ordered their custody pact to remain as is.
Everything will stay the same, despite Brooke’s recent issues, so the custody agreement Charlie and Brooke recently agreed on won’t change.
Brooke Mueller is believed to have fallen off the wagon in a big way last week, turning up at a pawn shop and then going MIA for several days.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry to Call Truce, Finalize Custody Agreement?

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry were back in court today, but unlike previous before a judge, they left having nearly finalized a custody settlement.
In a sign that their custody battle may end, Judge Mark Juhas told Gabriel and his camp, “We’re making huge progress. We need to stick with it.”
Halle and her lawyers, Neal Hersh and Judy Bogen, went into chambers to talk with the judge. Before that, Gabriel and his lawyers did the same.
A settlement conference over Nahla’s custody and visitation is what brought them to court. The major stumbling block has been Halle’s schedule.

Arrest Warrant Issued For “Kill Bill” Star

Michael Madsen, one of the stars of Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill movie series owes approximately $570,000 in child and spousal support, enough for an arrest warrant to be issued against the actor.
In court documents discovered last week it was revealed that the judge overlooking his family case found him in contempt of court and issued an immediate warrant for the actors arrest.
When arrested Madsen can expect to pay a bail that has already risen to $26,000.
There’s no word at this time as to whether Madsen can afford to pay the full amount or if he’s just being an involuntary deadbeat

Charlie Sheen may be winning at life, but the actor is yet to come out on top in his custody battle with Brooke Mueller.
The mother of Bob and Max filed a restraining order against her ex-husband last week, successfully yanking her kids away from the home Sheen has dubbed “The Sober Valley Lodge.” With the sides expected to battle it out in court tomorrow, sources tell TMZ they were negotiating all weekend in an attempt to read a custody settlement.

Intruder Arrested Outside Ellen DeGeneres’ Home

A scary moment occurred this week for TV star Ellen DeGeneres and partner Portia de Rossi when a female intruder was arrested while roaming the couples property.
According to TMZ, the intruder never actually ran into the couple thanks to the security force they have at their home.
Apparently the couple use a 24-hour security team to protect their home, a rep told TMZ:
“The property is protected by a 24-hour security team that detected and detained the intruder until she was turned over to the custody of Beverly Hills police officers, who arrested her.”

Mindy McCready Hospitalized; Overdose to Blame?

Mindy McCready was hospitalized in Cape Coral, Fla., for a possible drug overdose earlier this morning, according to reports. Her condition is unknown.
The troubled country star’s rep denied that she OD’d on drugs, but rather she just had a bad reaction to a painkiller, to which her mother “overreacted.”
Brent Young, Mindy’s rep, told TMZ she broke her toe two days ago and has been complaining about the pain and her mom gave her four Darvocet pills.
