In a rather pathetic move, David Arquette called up Howard Stern and opened (way!) up about his failed marriage to Courteney Cox on the host’s radio show this morning.
The actor said Cox was the one to ask for a separation, as she admitted in June that she was sick of dealing with his immature ways.
“She said to me, ‘I don’t want to be your mother anymore,’” Arquette recalled. “And I appreciated that about her… She didn’t want to tell me, ‘Don’t do that.’ She didn’t want to nag me anymore.”

After 11 years of marriage it looks like Courteney Cox and David Arquette are calling it quits.
The couple famously met while filming the 1994 thriller Scream where they play love interests. In 2004 the couple gave birth to their daughter Coco Arguette.
According to In Touch Weekly the pair actually separated “several months” ago and that they still maintain a “professional relationship.” Both Cox and Arquette will appear in the fourth Scream move which will be released next year.

(HMG) – Jennifer Aniston will take some brief time from her busy movie career to return to the small screen to help a ‘Friend’.
Aniston, 41, who is currently promoting her new movie The Switch, will guest star on Courteney Cox Arquette‘s Cougar Town for the show’s season 2 premiere on Sept. 22, ABC announced Monday.
She will play a “shrink named Bonnie” to Cox’s character Jules, the show’s executive producer Bill Lawrence tells Entertainment Weekly.
