According to their source, Lauer has already notified his bosses that he will move on when his contract expires December 31, 2012. (HMG Celebrity News) – Forget about negotiations or dangling carrot of rehab to allow him to return, Charlie Sheen is no longer welcome to return to “Two and a Half Men.” Warner Bros. has issued the following statement: “After careful consideration, Warner Bros. Television has terminated Charlie Sheen’s services on ‘Two and a Half Men,’ effective immediately.”

(HMG News) – When Keith Olbermann abruptly announced his departure from once top-rated MSNBC’s ‘Countdown,’ in January, as NBC Universal was acquired by Comcast, there was speculation he might have to sit on the sidelines for a while. Five weeks after they took their debit card off the market because it was associated with dangerously high fees, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Kris have been sued by The Revenue Resource Group, LLC. For $75 million.
The company claims these sisters breached their contract when they pulled out of the aforementioned deal. It’s the biggest pulling out scandal Kim has been involved in since November 2007.

Jillian Michaels is going from The Biggest Loser to the biggest step a person can take: motherhood. She hopes, at least.
“Season 11 of Biggest Loser will be my last have to finish out my contract,” Michaels Tweeted this week. “I want to take a year off TV and focus on becoming a mommy and doing more charity work.”

Guns N’ Roses singer and founding member Axl Rose has filed a lawsuit against Guitar Hero creator Activision after the gaming company allegedly illegally used the bands 1987 rock hit Welcome To The Jungle in Guitar Hero III with specific imagery of one-time group guitarist Slash.
According to Rose’s law firm Miller Barondess LLP, the complaint alleges that Activision:
“fraudulently induced” Rose into allowing the company to use the song. In legal documents.”

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is already making $10,000 an episode to act like a total moron on MTV’s hit TV show Jersey Shore and now we’ve learned that his contract for further seasons could reach much higher.
According to TMZ, the network has offered “The Situation” a one-time bonus ranging from $60,000 to $180,000 based on ratings for Season 2 in Miami. They have also proposed paying Sorrentino somewhere between $27,500 – $45,000 per episode for Season 4.
