Brooke Mueller has gone back to rehab, according to reports.
The socialite refused her drug test Friday, one that she was required to take as part of her custody settlement with ex-husband Charlie Sheen.
This followed a week in which she allegedly went off the rails. There’s no hard proof of her binging on drugs, but that pawn shop sighting is sketchy to say the least, and Sheen’s lawyers are going to court on Tuesday to raise the issue.
Sources say Brooke’s return to rehab is a preemptive strike.

Singer Prince could find himself without a mansion to call his own. The purple clad singer is currently undergoing the consequences of a court battle that began after a concert he canceled in Ireland three years ago.
Prince was suppose to perform at Croke Park in Dublin, but canceled just 13 days before the show was to go live in June 2008. At the time Prince gave no reason for the cancellation and left MCD holding to refund 55,000 fans.

Lindsay Lohan is moving in to a “sober living house,” according to TMZ. How that differs from rehab, we don’t know. But it’s clearly a preemptive strike.
Spotted entering the facility in West Hollywood, Lohan has already been visited by mother Dina, sister Ali and former lover Samanatha Ronson there.
What convinced her to go?
We’re guessing new attorney Robert Shapiro, who was hired by Lindsay to either reduce or eliminate her jail sentence, had everything to do with it.
