Warner Bros. planning Flash, Wonder Woman & Justice League movie and maybe a Batman & Robin Reboot too!
Justice League by Alex Ross (DC Comics)
(HMG Celebrity News) – Marvel Comics has made a clear roadmap from Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America to The Avengers ensemble. Meanwhile DC comics has had problems getting their super hero ensemble off the ground. Green Lantern starring Ryan Reynolds, is due in less than three months, but may be Warner Bros.’ riskiest bet of the year. But Jeff Robinov, who will take over as president of the Warner Bros. motion picture group this week, tells the Los Angeles Times that scripts are already being written for big screen takes on Flash and Wonder Woman,

(HMG Celebrity News) – NBC has announced that Adrianne Palicki (Friday Night Lights, Lone Star) will star in the title role of “Wonder Woman,” a new series pilot from David E. Kelley, known for his legal-eagle shows.
The series pilot is a reinvention of the iconic DC Comics title in which Wonder Woman is a vigilante crime fighter in Los Angeles but she’ll also play her alter-ego, billionaire CEO Diana Themyscira and Diana’s mousy assistant Diana Prince, as she tries to balance all of the elements of her extraordinary life. The pilot was written by Kelley (“Boston Legal,” “Ally McBeal,”

Thor’s Idris Elba the focus of bigoted boycott
[HMG Celebrity News] – Films have inspired people to do many odd things, but a white supremacist group is now demanding a boycott of the new movie, ‘Thor’ because one actor’s the wrong color for the part.
The loose assemblage of wannabe rocket scientists behind this petition call themselves the ‘Council of Conservative Citizens’ and have called for a boycott of Marvel’s film adaptation because the producers chose to cast British actor Idris Elba as the Norse god Heimdall, whom the Council says was white in the comics.
And Idris is currently black.

New “Wonder Woman” TV Series In The Works?
Wonder Woman and her invisible plane could soon be revisiting our TV screens, although we highly doubt the invisible plane will actually make it back to the show, it was just plain stupid.
Deadline.com announced on Saturday that the DC Comics character could make a return with David E Kelley, creator of Ally McBeal and Boston Legal tapped to produce the action series.
Recently DC Comics gave Wonder Woman an updated looked for their comic book series (pictures above). The original series ran from 1975 through 1979 and was a huge hit at the time.

(HMG) – Most comic book fans know that Green Lantern is coming to the big screen soon, with Ryan Reynolds starring. But it’s now apparent Warner Bros. is committed to a full ensemble of DC characters similar to Marvel comics. With new Batman and Superman films in the writing stages and “Lantern” filming, Warner and DC Entertainment thought “Flash” was the next logical hero to tackle. Star DC writer Geoff Johns will take inspiration from his recent work with the Barry Allen incarnation of the
