Say what you will about Chris Brown, the man never phones in a live performance. Even when people are phoning in death threats to him the same day.
The singer turned in a high powered, feisty rendition of “Fine China” at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards last night, engaging in some Kung Fu acrobatics!
In a series of choreographed high flying kicks and punches, the 24-year-old R&B sensation pretended to knock down a crew of martial arts dancers.
He made quick work of them, too, unlike Frank Ocean or Drake.
Brown finished the performance with a series of impressive aerialMore >
As many as 26 people have been killed after an explosion on a truck carrying fireworks caused a road bridge to collapse in central China, reports say.
The huge blast took place on the Yichang Bridge in Henan Province, injuring dozens of people, and killing at least eight, according to state media.
Photographs posted on social media just after the accident at 8.50 a.m. local time showed a large truck lying on its side way below the highway.
Another photograph showed what appears to be a remarkable escape for other drivers with at least one vehicle seen balancing on the edge ofMore >
Looks like the leak of the Chad Johnson sex tape was not Ocho’s doing.
Either that, or he’s going to great, devious lengths to cover his tracks, because the former NFL star is turning to the FBI for help, according to a TMZ report.
The footage, which found its way online Christmas Day (nice stocking stuffer), shows Eight-Five in a Florida hotel room, putting it to an unknown female.
Chad Johnson, who says the sex tape was filmed 3-4 years ago, is reportedly furious, and believes the video was mysteriously hacked from his phone.

Barack Obama and Mitt Romney threw it down in the third and final presidential debate last night, and the celebrity Twitter world was enraptured as always.
Here’s what the stars had to say in 140 characters or less. Or more in many cases:Third Presidential Debate 2012: Obama vs. Romney
Lindsay Lohan: Nice work to both @BarackObama and@mittromney… i’m so relieved that its over. Maybe more than both of you..severe anxiety – God Bless xo L

Remember that whole Olympic spirit thing? Someone should tell Hope Solo about it.
The U.S. Soccer Team’s starting goalie may have been responsible for a shutout against against Colombia yesterday, but the former Dancing with the Stars contestant didn’t celebrate much afterward.
She slammed former World Cup hero Brandi Chastain instead.
Displeased with Chastain’s analysis as an announcer, specifically her criticism of defender Rachel Buehler, Solo went off on a multiple-part Twitter rant against the retired player:
- “Its 2 bad we cant have commentators who better represents the team&knows
With the search for new American Idol judges on, Kelly Clarkson knows exactly who should get the gig.
“Didn’t she major in journalism or something?” Clarkson said to Us Weekly of her fellow former winner. “And she can have that face… that bluff face! She can put that on! She would be good.”
She’d be terrific. Underwood has the resume, and the charm and the personality, as evidenced by her CMA Awards hosting gigs.
But she also has the mammoth success and we can’t see her needing to take the job for any sort of career bump.
Still, it’s an intriguing idea, isn’t it? WouldMore >
Oh, the sexy irony.
Rihanna posted new bikini pictures of herself and assistant Melissa Forde over the weekend, during the same time period when she also announced her first-ever clothing one, one we presume will cover a lot more of the body than the outfits donned by the singer in these photos:
I’ve been wanting to design my own collection for some time,” Rihanna said of the fashion endeavor, which will involve the company River Island and debut in 2013.
“River Island is the perfect partner for me to collaborate with and working with a British, family run business also really appealedMore >
Making good on a promise he made not even 48 hours ago, Charlie Sheen has officially quit Twitter, leaving his 7.7 million followers emotionally reeling.
Fortunately, he departed with one final, inspiring Tweet:
“reach for the stars everyone. dogspeed cadre. c out.”
Sheen signed onto Twitter fairly recently in March 2011, after he was fired from Two and a Half Men and began lambasting his former bosses online.
He has been a regular tweeter ever since, offering sage-like pearls of wisdom to the general public and plugging his new show Anger Management.
It’s unclear why he decided to closeMore >
Rihanna covers the new issue of Harper’s Bazaar and the star looks absolutely snake-like. Seriously. We are talking full-on reptilian up in here.
That or America’s Next Top Model-esque. You be the judge.
Perhaps the most surprising thing about the cover is not the getup itself, but the fact that unlike the vast majority of Rihanna pics, she’s clothed.
Seriously, when have you known her not to show skin?
Typically, our girl prefers scraps of cloth if she covers up at all, but here, she’s gone full-scale(y) coverage. And animal print. Bizarre even for Bazaar.

Katy Perry has said time and again lately that she’s not perfect and that her life is not a fairy tale. This is the theme of her “Wide Awake” video.
It starts off with KP wrapping up the shoot for “California Gurls,” before being transported to an alternate reality by a younger version of herself.
Take a look at it below and tell us what you think!
“It’s kind of like the labyrinth of my life in the last two years,” Perry explained to MTV.
“I just wanted to tell a story about myself kind of going through this journey, maybe sometimes trying to get out of a maze.More >
Justin Bieber’s working vacation in Europe continued this weekend with a stop in Italy.
After nearly causing a riot in Norway, and then running into a glass wall during a Paris show, the teenage sensation calmed things down a bit during a concert in Milan. At one point he even broke out his guitar, sat on a stool and showed off his acoustic skills.
Watch him break down “As Long As You Love Me” in this video.
The Biebs also rocked and danced out like usual, of course. Below, we’ve got another sneak peek at another overseas performanceMore >
Rihanna and Coldplay don’t just team up in a new music video that has the Internet buzzing. They totally go at it!
In honor of “Princess of China,” the fourth track of the band’s “Mylo Xyloto,” the sexy singer and frontman Chris Martin square off, kung-fu style, with the former artist stunning as always in traditional Geisha garb and fun fighting attire.
Give the video a look now:
Rihanna, meanwhile, is also in the news these days for a song with which she isn’t involved at all. Except in possible dedication.

In an interview with Capital FM, the boy band continued their recent trend of weighing in on female pop stars by confessing their love for Rihanna.
The group praised RiRi’s collaboration with Coldplay and say they feel she could really bring “that Bajan side” to the band in a joint effort.
Tom Parker told the radio station: “I think that Rihanna would be a really good one for us. I think the one she did with Coldplay, ‘Princess Of China’ was soMore >
Kate Gosselin has scarcely been in the news lately. Thank goodness.
Don’t worry, though: even with TLC mercifully cancelling Kate Plus 8 last year, the attention-starved mother of eight isn’t about to rest on her laurels.
She’s blogging like a madman for CouponCabin (dot com) and longing for the morning that someone will call and offer her brood a new reality show.
Don’t hold your breath, Kate. But happy 37th birthday babe.
It seems like only yesterday that Kate was burning up our TVs with her weekly emasculation of Jon … then burning up our site with her marital problems.
Coldplay welcomed special guest Rihanna to the stage for a performance of their new duet, “Princess of China,” at the 2012 Grammy Awards Sunday night.
A bit more subdued than Nicki Minaj’s Grammy performance, but still a strong effort on a night that brought together the best in music (and honored Whitney Houston).
You can follow this link for the official “Princess of China” video and see their live performance below, which Coldplay followed up with their mega-hit, “Paradise.”
How’d they do? Watch the performance below and see what you think:More >
