Snooki, a.k.a. Nicole Polizzi from MTV’s Jersey Shore, is now 25 years old.
Born in Chile and adopted by Italian-American parents, the 4’8″ Snook drank and boned her way to reality TV stardom before – gasp – becoming a mom this year.
Even more shocking? She actually appears to be a pretty good one!
Snooki. She is who she is. And she turned 25 on Black Friday.
Love or despise her, her tribulations on Jersey Shore have been the target of vitriolic disdain while giving the show an air of authenticity and mass appeal.

Demi Lovato: Attacked On Stage in Paraguay!

An attempt at a kind gesture turned very scary for Demi Lovato in Paraguay last night, as the singer was forced to leave the stage and put a halt to her concert when fans leaped up and tried to embrace her.
The 19-year old initially tried to give fans a better seat, only for attendees to get carried away and actually jump on stage. Security intervened. Demi walked away. Order was restored and she eventually returned to finish the set.
But it’s easy to imagine just how frightening it can be to see an influx of hyper strangers heading your way. Watch it all unfold now:

Jennifer Lopez is getting ready to dance, and then Dance Again, for a worldwide audience this summer.
The singer/American Idol judge has announced a mammoth world tour, one that will kick off the second week in June in Venezuela and travel to Chile, Argentina and United States, among other locales.
Exact tour dates are yet to be announced.
Lopez is expected to hit the States some time in July, finishing up in time to once again sit alongside Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson for season 12 of American Idol, auditions for which typically begin in early fall.

Following past trips to Ghana and Chile as an ambassador for UNICEF, Selena Gomez is now planning an even more dangerous trek, telling E! News last Friday night:
“In April, we’re going to go somewhere a little harder, the Congo… I was talking to Joel Madden and he works with UNICEF and he went… and he said it was the most intense thing he had ever done in his entire life – and the best thing he had ever done.”
Gomez has served as a UNICEF ambassador for approximately two years, raising over $200,000

Roy McDonald, N.Y. State Senator, on Gay Marriage Bill: F–k It, I’m In!

Republican State Sen. Roy McDonald is one of the few members of his party currently backing an initiative to legalize gay marriage in N.Y. State.
Today, in response to pressure from some conservatives opposed to the measure, McDonald gave a tremendous statement in his own defense.
According to the The N.Y. Daily News, the 64-year-old said THIS:
“You get to the point where you evolve in your life where everything isn’t black and white, good and bad, and you try to do the right thing.”
“You might not like that. You might be very cynical about that. Well, f–k it, I don’t care what you think.

As we reported previously, Dutch national Joran Van der Sloot, the prime suspect in the murder of Natalee Holloway (photo right) in Aruba, looks to have now confessed in another police murder investigation five years later. This time, he is the prime suspect in the murder Stephany Flores Ramirez, a 21-year-old from Peru who disappeared Friday and was found dead in a hotel room Wednesday.
