As we type, Lamar Odom is in court, battling Liza Morales over important issues such as child support, visitation right and whether the ex-couple’s children can appear on their reality TV shows.
But the Clippers power forward doesn’t appear too stressed out by the potential outcome.
Considering he fell asleep on a bench in the courthouse hallway!
Sources tell TMZ that authorities had to actually nudge Odom awake because he was so zonked out.
Why was Lamar so sleepy? Perhaps because his team played in Oklahoma City on Sunday. But it may also be because Kim Kardashian was talkingMore >
Michael Lohan may be the reason Lindsay Lohan is so messed up (or one of them anyway), but he’s no deadbeat dad, according to the mother of his 17-year-old love child.
Despite court documents proclaiming Michael is more than $300,000 behind on child support, Kristi Horn says she reached a private settlement out of court with MiLo.Michael Lohan, Love Child

Halle Berry is engaged to Olivier Martinez and hopes to make her permanent residence in her fiance’s native country of France.
But Gabriel Aubry does not want his ex-girlfriend taking his daughter so far away, and the model’s attorney made a convincing argument in court today in an attempt to force Berry to remain in the United States:
She might die abroad!!!
Aubry’s lawyer cited the 1997 car accident that took Princess Diana’s life – which resulted from a paparazzi chase – as an example that the country is no place for celebrities and argued that Berry would be placing theMore >
The Real Housewives of Orange County are sitting down on Andy Cohen’s couches in Part One of the Season 7 reunion.
Will Alexis get an apology for being called phony? (Probably not.) Will Vicki have to defend Brooks? (Probably.) And how many times will she say “love tank”? (One time too many.)
Let’s find out in our THG +/- review.
Tamra’s hair is as big as Alexis’ boobs. Minus 5.
We’re 60 seconds in and Vicki’s already lamenting the fact that Brianna eloped and almost had cancer. Minus 10.
Andy just pointed out that Gretchen and Tamra have swapped hairstyles. Which explains everything. AndMore >
Now that’s a celebrity breakup we did not see coming today. After more than five years of marriage, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are getting a divorce.
While many of us were skeptical when they first got together and Tom was proclaiming his love for her on Oprah’s couch, the divorce still comes out of left field.
“This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family,” says Holmes’ attorney Jonathan Wolfe, confirming the TomKat split Friday.
“Katie’s primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter’s best interest.”
After a relatively brief courtship, the Rock of AgesMore >
They may still get along better than most couples, but David Arquette and Courteney Cox are officially out of the marriage game: the actor filed for divorce from the actress today.
In legal documents obtained by TMZ, Arquette cites “irreconcilable differences” as the basis for the twosome’s split. They were wed exactly 13 years ago today and share an eight-year old daughter named Coco.
Cox and Arquette met on the set of the original Scream and rumors of their split first surfaced in October 2010 when the latter was accused of an affair and the stars released a statement saying: “TheMore >
Timothy Busfield’s movie date gone awry resulted in a complaint by a woman who said he groped her, and is now going to the L.A. City Attorney.
That office will determine whether to charge the actor, best known for The West Wing, thirtysomething and Revenge of the Nerds, with a crime.
A woman accused Busfield of groping her during a date at a Thousand Oaks movie theater. She went to the police, who have been investigating.
Detectives want to interview Busfield about what happened that night, after which they will send the case file over to the L.A. City Attorney.

Chris Hayes, a political commentator on MSNBC, has created quite a stir – on Memorial Day of all days – for remarks he made yesterday in regard to the designation of military personnel as “heroes.”
The journalist said he feels “uncomfortable” throwing that word about because it is “so rhetorically proximate to justifications for more war.” In other words: How can we refer to someone as heroic if we disagree with the cause for which he or she died?
It certainly seems like an odd way to make a point about war. Surely we can differentiate between policy and the troops carrying out that policyMore >
Welcome to THG’s Week in Review! Below, our staffers look back at the stories, stars and scandals that made the last seven days some of the craziest ALL MONTH.

Jon Gosselin is many things: a loser. A douchebag. An attention-starved idiot with bad taste in women.
But he’s not a deadbeat dad, at least not according to the former reality star himself.
Following a report that claimed Gosselin owed his awful ex-wife $3,557.06 in child support, the father of eight has taken to Twitter and shot down this rumor, setting the record straight via some basic accounting.
“There is no story, I pay CS,” Jon wrote. “The state site is my recurring balance, so guess what, it will always be there. Every month. Paid in full… Great digging up a story about nothing.More >

A day after Jerry Sandusky gave a disturbing interview to Bob Costas – in which the former Penn State defensive coordinator admitted to showering with young boys – Mike McQueary has also made news for his role in the alleged cover-up of child molestation at the university.
McQueary is the assistant coach who, according to a grand jury report, walked in on Sandusky anally raping a 10-year old in a shower in 2002. He has come under extreme fire for going to his father about the incident, as opposed to the police, while also not actually stopping the act.

With four baby mamas and no job, Terrell Owens’ money problems are not over. Far from it, in fact. But still, the ex-NFL star is no longer a wanted man.
T.O. anted up his back child support payment, and in turn, the California judge who issued an arrest warrant for him last week has called off the dogs.
Owens had filed for a reduction in payments, claiming he doesn’t make the big bucks anymore. Then he no-showed at a hearing, leading to the warrant.

GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain denied allegations of sexual harassment Monday following a report that he treated two women inappropriately in the 1990s.

In an interview with PBS’ Newshour, Cain was asked if there was any behavior on his part that may have been considered inappropriate. The businessman answered:
