Michael Arndt Confirmed as Star Wars Episode VII Screenwriter

Michael Arndt has been selected for one of the most sought after jobs in Hollywood at the moment: he will pen the screenplay for Star Wars Episode VII.
The decision has been confirmed by StarsWars.com, which posted a statement last night announcing the hiring of Arndt.
He won an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay for writing Little Miss Sunshine in 2006 and was nominated for Best Adapted Screenplay for writing Toy Story 3 four years later.

Heidi Klum has made headlines in recent weeks for stepping out with her bodyguard and new lover, Martin Kristen.
But the supermodel is in the news now for a far more benevolent reason: she is posing without any makeup in the name of charity.

While President Obama accuses his opponent of Romnesia, Republicans are pouncing on Obama for saying the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi were not “optimal.”
In an interview with Comedy Central’s Jon Stewart, the host used that word first, regarding the administration’s response to the tragedy in Libya earlier this fall.

At a rally Friday, President Barack Obama derided what he calls Mitt Romney’s effort to showcase more moderate positions of late, labeling it a case of “Romnesia.”

Erin Andrews: Leaving ESPN For Fox Sports!

Popular ESPN reporter Erin Andrews is leaving the network, effective today.
ESPN spokesman Mike Soltys confirmed that Andrews, who has been with the worldwide leader in sports since 2004, is a goner. Her contract expires today and the network was unable to reach an agreement on an extension with her.
She will reportedly anchor Fox Sports’ college football coverage this fall.
Fox declined immediate comment Friday night, but the network is making a major push into college football and Erin would represent a major “get.”
This will be Fox’s first regular season of college football

Amy Winehouse’s London Home For Sale

The family of Amy Winehouse is selling the home in London’s Camden neighborhood where the singer lived, struggled and ultimately died last summer.
“It is with regret that we have to sell Amy’s house in Camden Square,” her father, Mitch, tweeted today. “It is empty and costing a fortune to secure it.”
The property, where Amy lived until her death at home on July 23, 2011, has become a meeting ground for mourners and fans of the “Rehab” singer.
“Amy and I both worked on the house and she loved it so much,” her father added. “I hope a lovely family buys it as it is so full of love.

Nearly three months after announcing their surprising separation, Heidi Klum has made it official and filed for divorce from Seal on Friday afternoon.
A petition, which lists irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, seeks joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their four kids.
In other words, she wishes to live primarily with Leni, 7½, Henry, 6½, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2, but with ample visitation and joint legal rights for Seal.
