Rapper Gunplay is off the hook for robbing his accountant at gunpoint – despite video showing the whole damn thing – after the victim refused to cooperate.

Gunplay Robbery: Rapper Pulls GunThe Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office told TMZ earlier: “Video alone is not enough to convict an individual of a crime beyond a reasonable doubt.”
“Although the armed robbery is captured on [video], the victim, Turron Woodside, is uncooperative of the prosecution of this defendant Richard Morales [Gunplay].”

New footage of aptly-named rapper Gunplay pulling a gun on an accountant has surfaced.
The Maybach Music Group member was arrested for armed robbery earlier this week.
Gunplay Robbery: Rapper Pulls GunGunplay (Richard Morales Jr.) allegedly stole a cell phone and a gold chain afterward.
Rick Ross‘ protege turned himself in to Miami-Dade Police after a warrant was issued.
Gunplay also reportedly faces a second charge of aggravated assault with a firearm.
He could face many years or even life in prison if convicted on both felony counts.

Kara Alongi’s disappearance is now being investigated as that of a runaway juvenile.
Her parents returned home around 7:20 p.m. and called police, about an hour after the Arthur L. Johnson High School girl tweeted, “There is someone in my hour call 911.”
