Michael Lohan is adamant that daughter Lindsay Lohan is NOT a hooker, dammit … despite being quoted just hours earlier saying that she’s basically a high-priced escort.
As we reported earlier, a new Star/Radar expose claims Lohan is an actual, highly-paid escort. The celebrity gossip publication quotes MiLo saying she’s “getting paid to date rich men.”
According to the reports, these “dates” can last up to a week and the men shower her with lavish, six-figure gifts like jewelry and money – several of her alleged clients are even named.
But now, Michael insists he was misquoted.More >
Kristen Stewart may have brought controversy to the Toronto Film Festival, but Selena Gomez brought nothing but smiles and looks of joy.
Because she brought a pair of little Biebers to the premiere of Hotel Transylvania!
The singer – who voices a character in that animated flick – walked the red carpet with Jazmyn 4, and Jaxon, 2, the younger siblings of boyfriend Justin Bieber. Just look at the shirt-and-tie ensemble on the latter and do your best not to melt:
Justin was nowhere to be seen, but, for once, no one in attendance actually cared. His brother, sister and totally adorableMore >
Lindsay Lohan feels she really needs a tax cut. Guess all those worthless lackeys, coke dealers, and lawyers really take a bite. Ohhhh, ziiing!
No, seriously, she Tweeted at President Obama and asked for a tax cut.
She’s since erased it from her feed, though as we all know, once it’s been out there on the Interwebs, someone’s likely seen and preserved it.
Case in point? The following Twitter “exchange” …
As President Obama’s convention speech alluded to last night, he wants to extend the current Bush-era tax breaks for all but the top earners in America.
Lindsay does make a good point,More >
Oprah Winfrey may have retired her namesake talk show, and her OWN TV network may be struggling by her standards, but she’s still peerless.
The daytime legend topped Forbes’ list of the highest-paid celebrities for the fourth year in a row, earning $165 million from May 2011-May 2012.
Guess appearing on Keeping Up With the Kardashians wasn’t career suicide. Coming in at #2 on the Forbes list is someone you might not expect.
The magazine listed Michael Bay in second with $160 million during that period, largely on the strength of Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

A dozen memorable Dancing With the Stars competitors are back for another crack at the Mirror Ball in the show’s first-ever All-Star season this fall.
Bristol Palin, Pamela Anderson, Melissa Rycroft and 10 other celebs – one of which is still TBA – will return to the parquet with professional partners.
ABC released the first promotional pics of the pairs today. Here’s Bristol Palin, who’s been arguably the most controversial of the DWTS All-Stars thus far:

Welcome to THG Asks, a feature in which our two celebrity gossip experts debate a topical issue in the entertainment world and readers decide on which side they fall.
Today, we turn our focus not just to Kristen Stewart and her shocking affair with Rupert Sanders, but to her unusual decision to issue a public apology regarding her actions.
We ponder both arguments and then THG Asks: Should the actress have taken this step?
NO. By Free Britney
Kristen Stewart owes the public one thing and one thing only: the best performance she can give on screen. She’s an actress. SheMore >
Count Lady Gaga among the Robsten fans who have not given up hope.
During yesterday’s frenzy of gossip over Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and the former’s fling with Rupert Sanders, Gaga sent out the following Tweet:
“Geez this kirstew rob stuff is brutal. Makes me sad the way press acts. Hope they’re ok.”
The pop star wrote that message earlier in the day, however, making it unclear if she was aware of the photos that soon leaked out proving Stewart and Sanders did, indeed, hook up. Or of Stewart’s eventual admission.
Since then, the Snow White and the Huntsman director has alsoMore >
Over the weekend Patrick Schwarzenegger, the son of Arnold, Tweeted a photo of himself experiencing a typical teen rite of passage: his senior prom.
The 18-year-old attended with another celebrity offspring, legendary music producer (and American Idol mentor) Jimmy Iovine’s daughter Jade Iovine.
Check out their cute Instagram prom photo below:
In addition to being a student, Patrick is a model, aspiring actor and a designer for the charity-driven clothing line Project 360. Not bad for a teenager.

Just when it seemed like the world’s most unexpected feud was dying down, Jonathan Cheban has stepped in to voice his take on Kim Kardashian’s war of words with Jon Hamm.
How does the random reality star and hanger-on feel about the Mad Men actor dissing his BFF as an example of stupidity in our culture?
Words We Never Thought We’d Write: Are you on Team Cheban or Team Hamm?
“I think Jon Hamm needs to just shut up and stop being such a mad man!” Cheban said at an Ocean Drive party last night. “He needs to mind his own business, because Kim works hard. They do different things – it’s aMore >
Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich called on President Obama to apologize for comments made by actor Robert De Niro at a fundraiser Monday.
“What De Niro said last night was inexcusable and the president should apologize for him. It was at an Obama fundraiser, it is exactly wrong,” Gingrich said.
What did the actor say to draw such a harsh rebuke?
De Niro told a New York City crowd of about 90 people, including his wife and First Lady Michelle Obama, that it was “too soon” for a “white first lady.”

Sherri Shepherd is on Team Breezy.
The View host has been vocal in defense of Chris Brown before, so it’s no surprise that she stood up for the star in the wake of this week’s Grammy lovefest backlash.
All Brown did was show up at the award show, perform and win. No controversy at all. Yet his mere presence at the event after his 2009 attack on Rihanna upset many.
While Shepherd criticized female fans who Tweet about how they’d let Chris beat them all night (among other things), Shepherd defended Brown from criticism.
He may even be a role model, she says. Why?More >
Not that many women can blame her, but Angelina Jolie raised some eyebrows with a risque remark about Brad Pitt before the Golden Globes last night.
While Brangelina were both the model of sophistication during interviews, Jolie let her guard down towards the end of her trip down the red carpet.
Asked what she was most looking forward to from the evening, the Associated Press says she winked and whispered: “Getting into bed with Brad.”
The best part of the Golden Globes for Angie? The after-after party, in bed!

Howard Stern has an important message for parents around the world: he has no intention of turning your children into sex fiends.
The PTC thinks “I’m some sort of weird pervert who’s going to convert America into some kind of zombie sex fiends,” he told the man he’s replacing, adding:
“I can assure you and the rest of America what I’m looking at here is to be a very good judge. To sit there, I take itMore >
This is how depressed Kim Kardashian is over her divorce from Kris Humphries: the professional cover girl isn’t even wearing pants in the December issue of Glamour.
Indeed, Kim throws herself a major pity party throughout an interview with the magazine, crying over how her belief in “love and the dream of having a perfect relationship… has changed” since trying marriage out for a whole 72 days.
“I maybe need to just snap out of it and be a little more realistic,” she says, adding that her fantasy of a big family is dwindling down to nothing.
“At this moment in my life, I feel like maybeMore >
An episode centered around movie themes was obviously going to mean a few eye-rollers – DWTS is not a serious competition, Carrie Ann reminded us.
Nevertheless, Ricki Lake’s tango was sublimely top-notch, set to the Psycho theme that ending with her partner, Derek Hough, stabbing her in silhouette.
It was really good, despite how hokey we made it sound. We can’t do it justice and the 10′s she got from Carrie Ann and Bruno are proof positive of that!
Len? He held out, giving them a 9 for a 29 overall.
