Jenelle Evans Pleads Guilty to Drug Charge

Jenelle Evans pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia today.
Two other charges – marijuana possession and breaking and entering, stemming from an incident last year – were dismissed after her guilty plea.
Prosecutors are giving her a chance to clear her record by performing 24 hours of community service, at which point the charge will be dropped.
Jenelle, who got popped busting into an abandoned house to smoke pot, was also recently arrested for doling out that savage ass-whomping.

Bobby Titcomb, Obama Golfing Pal, Busted For Soliciting Prostitution

Bobby Titcomb, an old Hawaii schoolmate and longtime golfing buddy of President Barack Obama’s, was arrested for solicitation of prostitution.
The bust took place in Honolulu, which is part of the United States.
Titcomb, who hosted the Obama family at his Waialua home over the holidays this winter, was one of four people arrested in a sting operation

The crime, which allegedly took place Monday, is a misdemeanor that typically carries a $500 fine, as well as probation and up to 30 days in jail.

Megan Hauserman Found Guilty of DUI

Trashy VH1 reality star Megan Hauserman finally faced the music for being trashed and driving drunk in Miami last year. She pleaded guilty to a count of DUI.
Arrested last year, Megs struck a deal with prosecutors in which she agreed to enter a guilty plea, and in exchange, was sentenced to six months probation.
She was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, had her license taken away for six months and entered our celebrity mug shots gallery two more times …

Mel Gibson: Booked, Fingerprinted, Released

Troubled star Mel Gibson turned himself into the El Segundo, Calif., Police Department to have his mug shot taken and fingerprints collected Wednesday night.
This was a mere formality.
As part of his conviction for misdemeanor battery, in connection with Gibson’s alleged January 2010 attack on Oksana Grigorieva, Mel had to be processed.
Mel was stoic in court last week.
Mel’s no contest plea got him off with no jail time, although a festering legal war with Oksana will likely escalate over time for a number of reasons.

Lindsay Lohan to Be Charged, Arraigned Tomorrow

Lindsay Lohan will be charged with a single count of felony grand theft in an L.A. court Wednesday, stemming from her recent necklace caper.
She will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m., in person.
Lindsay will be charged with stealing a $2,500 necklace from an L.A. jewelry store. If convicted, she could be sent to California State prison.

Lindemulder was arrested Friday on three outstanding warrants for harassment after Jesse turned over threatening emails and voicemails she left for him.

L.A. Superior Court Judge Peter Espinoza ordered alleged reality TV star Alexis Neiers to one year of residential drug treatment (rehab) at a hearing today.
He threatened to throw the Pretty Wild star behind bars if she violates her probation again like she did with her recent black tar heroin arrest, reports say.
Prior to the ruling, Neiers’ lawyer put it all out there for the court: “My client has an addiction to heroin. We would like you to sentence her accordingly.”
