An apparently topless Rihanna showed off her long blonde hair on Twitter last night. She’s rocked everything from massive red curls to a platinum bob with blunt bangs in the past couple of months. Now, she’s debuted yet another dramatic ‘do.
Which really looks good with no shirt:
The 23-year-old singer tweeted the pic of herself sporting a long, layered blonde style (and not much else!) along with the following message: “#Back2Work 1st Cover of the year!!! #ELLE,” followed by “Bleach + weave #WERQ.”

The same day that Two and a Half Men star debuted a cleanly shaven face, the singer took to Twitter and debuted her new hairstyle… which is missing a great deal of actual hair.
“New year. New album. New hair,” Kesha Tweeted about the Cassie-like look, seen below. “Get pumped.”

One may be the most popular young singer alive, and the other may have helped anchor the highest-grossing movie franchise in Hollywood history, but Justin Bieber and Emma Watson themselves take a backseat in a new poll published by The Wall Street Journal.
According to that newspaper, Bieber and Watson possess the “most influential” hair in all the land.

The 28-year-old traded her signature center-part hairstyle for a set of rounded bangs grazing her eyebrows and a glossy blowout. She looks amazing.

No, he isn’t dating Selena Gomez or causing mass hysteria by appearing on stage. And, no, we haven’t noticed a single Jesus tattoo on the actor.
Affleck stepped out today in Santa Monica with a new, shaggy hairstyle, one that can be attributed to his upcoming role on Argo, a film he’s directing, producing and appearing in. Guess we can forgive the guy for not having time to get a haircut.

After nabbing nine MTV VMA nominations, Perry revealed that she was actually striving for this very color during her recent redhead phase.

Vanessa Hudgens looks kind of like a soccer mom.
This is how the actress describes her new, shorter hairstyle in an interview with Access Hollywood, as the star says she chopped off her own locks for a role in Gimme Shelter, a Ron Krauss-directed movie that features the former High School Musical star as a pregnant teen forced to live on the streets.
“I miss [my hair,] believe me, I do, but there’s nothing I can do about it,” Hudgens says.

But she’ll truly strike it big as a brunette.
The 20-year old actress was forced to dye her hair in order to get into character for The Hunger Games, as any reader of that novel trilogy knows Katniss Everdeen has very dark roots. You can see the transformation on the cover of EW and also in one of the photos below.

Wait… Brooklyn Decker has hair on top of her head?!? We’ve never noticed this before, as our eyes were also distracted by other body parts on this model.
You can see what we mean, right?
But we’ve been alerted to this fact today because the wife of tennis star Andy Roddick chopped 10 inches off her locks and debuted a new trend, according to stylist Ted Gibson: “Brooklyn’s updated, modern bob is on trend for 2011. Shorter hair can be sexy, confident and super modern, and I think hair that is too long isn’t chic or fashionable right now.”

When Justin Bieber Tweeted March 5 that “im not shaving for a month so you all can see my mustache, im pumped,” Selena Gomez wasn’t swooning at the idea.
On the Morning Mash Up on SiriusXM this morning, Gomez explained why she did not encourage her boo to go there: “You’ve gotta commit,” she told listeners.
“You can’t just be like, ‘All right, let me just do a little one.’”
Though Gomez explained that she’s not totally against facial hair, she does raise a good point. It’s Justin Bieber. What is a month really going to produce?

Shaggy-faced for ages, Rango star Johnny Depp surprised fans when he emerged at least somewhat clean-shaven on Tuesday at Narita airport in Tokyo.
Depp didn’t get a full makeover, of course. He’s far from totally smooth.
