The late Dennis Hopper’s Venice Beach compound is back on the market, but now for $6.5 million. This new price, despite bleak times in real estate sales, is an increase of $1.4 million – more than 25 percent – on the original asking price. And that can’t have been that appealing to buyers since the house didn’t sell. This spread itself hasn’t changed – it’s still 10,000 square feet of living space, which includes a main house and three two-story condos.More >

And that’s where people say Zac should have helped.

In news that, if true, plumbs new depths of tastelessness even for them the Westboro Baptist Church have announced plans to picket the funeral of ‘Jackass’ star Ryan Dunn.
In an unflinching press release the group, already notorious for protesting at funerals for gay rights advocates, Gulf war heroes and innocent children have announced they will picket any services held for the late 34-year old star, due to what they claim are his “vulgar stunts” and ongoing involvement in the ‘Jackass’ franchise.

Crying through the interview, he’s unable to get much out. It’s clear Margera has lost someone extremely close. Watch the interview and newscast summary:
In a valiant effort to extinguish a fire he perhaps should not have had the absence of taste to ignite in the first place, Roger Ebert now says he was “too quick to tweet“ about the death of Ryan Dunn yesterday.
Writing from the safety of his blog the 69-year old critic explained his reasons for tweeting;
“To begin with, I offer my sympathy to Ryan Dunn’s family and friends, and to those of Zachary Hartwell, who also died in the crash,” he writes. “I mean that sincerely. It is tragic to lose a loved one.”

As we reported, the 34-year old actor lost control of his Porsche 911 while driving in Pennsylvania and he and a so-far unnamed friend died at the scene.
Their friends say Ryan had three beers and three shots before taking the wheel to drive home and Mr. Ebert shows little restraint in his display of disfavor, as you can see.
