Amanda Bynes was arrested after throwing a bong out the window of her Midtown apartment.
The incident happened in front of the cops who came over her 36th floor flat after they received complaints about Bynes.
Amanda was said to be smoking some substance in the Biltmore’s lobby according to staff who called police.
The messed up star was then taken to Roosevelt Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation, followed by a trip to the Midtown police station for processing. Apparently, she wore the hideous blonde wig for her mugshot.

Jason Davis Out Of Jail, Blames Family For His Own Problems

Jason Davis left jail last night after posting a $20,000 bond.
After his release Davis released a statement in which he blamed members of his family for putting him behind bars.
According to Davis:
“I am shocked that my family would once again alert the police, and media, about a personal family matter simply to promote their own public image. You don’t see Charlie Sheen’s family calling the cops on him.”

T.I. and his wife were arrested on September 1 for the “possession of a controlled substance” and now we’ve learned that T.I. will not be charged in that arrest.
According to TMZ the D.A.’s Office:
[is] not going forward with charges because, in essence, he’s already been sentenced to prison since the arrest was a violation of his federal probation.

Randy Quaid And Wife Arrested, Charged With Squatting

Randy Quaid, best know for his role of Uncle Eddie in the National Lampoons series and his wife Evi were arrested on Saturday and charged in Santa Barbara, California court with squatting at a home they reportedly sold, but have living in for more than 10 years.
According to the police report, the Quaid’s were charged with a felony burglary charge. The couple were handcuffed and led away from the Montecito, California home when the property’s owner called police and said the couple were living there illegally.

Rapper turned Law And Order: SVU actor Ice-T was arrested in New York City early Tuesday.
Ice-T had just finished tweeting about taking his dog Spartacus for a walk to the vet for surgery when he was pulled over by an NYPD officer for a seat belt violation. It turns out Ice-T had a suspended license and was taken into custody before being quickly released.
Ice-T’s spouse Coco posted the following Tweet to her own account:

It’s being reported by the Associated Press that Paris Hilton was arrested for the second time in an many weeks for marijuana possession. Customs officials found the pot in Paris’ handbag.
Hilton, 29, was arriving at Figari airport in Corsica on a private jet from Paris when airport officials discovered the marijuana.
