The third time was anything but the charm for Bobby Brown, as a judge sentenced this singer to 55 days in jail today following his latest DUI arrest.
Police pulled Brown over in October and smelled alcohol on his breath after he had been driving all over the place.
He was charged with drunk driving and driving with a suspended license.
A few hours ago in court, the artist pleaded no contest and received the aforementioned jail time, along with four years probation. He also must attend 3 AA meetings per week until turning himself in on March 20.

In Brown’s final tweets, he reassured his fans that he’ll be okay.

Chris Brown brought his BMX skills to the Billboard Music Awards Sunday.
His vocal skills? Mmmnot so much, from the looks of the performance.
The singer rode onstage in Las Vegas to perform his high-energy hit “Turn Up the Music” against a colorful, bike ramp backdrop dubbed the “Fun Zone.”
Breezy’s leopard fur-lined jacket (open to show off his muscular, tattooed chest, obvi) and impressive dance moves wowed the crowd, but his singing?

Bobby Brown has reached a deal with prosecutors that will keep the singer out of jail.
As first reported by TMZ, Brown pleaded “no contest” today to one charge of driving with a blood alcohol content over .08, stemming from an incident in late March when cops pulled him over for driving erratically.

A spokeswoman for Harry Potter star Emma Watson says she will be transferring from Brown University to another higher education institution.
Emma announced last month she was taking a hiatus at Brown, but has denied reports that she “bullied out” of the Rhode Island university.
Her rep said Saturday that Watson, who plays Hermione in the Harry Potter series, decided to pursue a different course not offered at Brown.
She added that despite the decision to transfer, the star “has absolutely loved her time at Brown” and made a lot of good friends there.
