Wes Scantlin, Puddle of Mudd Singer, Arrested for Ex-Wife Abuse

Wes Scantlin, the frontman for Puddle of Mudd, was arrested yesterday afternoon and accused of getting far too physical with his ex-wife.
According to TMZ sources, authorities were stopped by a business in West Hollywood around 3:30 after someone called and said Scantlin violently shook his ex and then attempted to drag her around.
Deputies reportedly talked to witnesses and to the victim and gathered enough information to arrest the artist for domestic violence.
“He was very mouthy,” an insider told TMZ of Scantlin’s behavior during the arrest.

Having been cut off from Adderall and already talking about an escape from the Betty Ford Center, Lindsay Lohan’s pleas are falling upon deaf ears.
Prosecutors are basically telling her to go kick rocks.
Lohan had always said being allowed to take her precious Adderall was a deal breaker as far as treatment goes. No ADHD meds, no rehab for her.
Betty Ford allows it, whereas some other places don’t.
As a result, she chose Betty Ford … however their doctors have since concluded that she does not actually need the drug and have taken it away.

Joe Francis Convicted of Assault, False Imprisonment

Joe Francis was found guilty this evening of attacking a woman at his mansion in 2011, as the Los Angeles City Attorney announced that the entrepreneur was convicted on five total charges.
They include one count of assault, three of false imprisonment and one of dissuading a witness from reporting.
The incident took place about two years ago when a trio of females accused Francis of taking them back to his home in Hollywood… and not allowing them to leave.

Brooke Mueller Returns to Rehab

Brooke Mueller is hoping the 19th time is the charm.
The troubled ex-wife of Charlie Sheen has checked back into rehab, sources tell TMZ, following a hospitalization this week that she admits was due to a problem with Adderall.
As previously reported, Mueller’s assistant found the former Oxygen reality star passed out a few days ago, although Brooke insisted at the time that it was a misunderstanding because she was simply tired from designing a line of jewelry.

The 26-year-old and her husband, Chris Tyrrell, are expecting their first child together, the Lady Antebellum songstress confirmed on Twitter yesterday.
“Chris & I are excited to announce that our Christmas gift has arrived a little early this year! We are having a BABY!” she wrote. “We feel so blessed!!!”

Brooke Mueller Rushed to Hospital, Rep Denies Reports of Drug Overdose

Brooke Mueller was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital just prior to noon Pacific Time today, but her rep denies reports that drugs were to blame for the latest incident surrounding the troubled ex of Charlie Sheen.
Source tell TMZ that Mueller was transported via ambulance from her home in Tarzana, with various insiders alleging they are “deeply concerned” because she has been abusing substances again for weeks.
Mueller has long battled addiction and has entered rehab over a dozen times. She most recently relapsed in June and has twin boys with Sheen.

Already a dad to 18-month Mia Loren, the former Beverly Hills 90210 star and his wife Erin have announced to People that a new bundle is on the way.
“I feel blessed, having a family is something that I’ve always wanted,” Ziering says. “Having a second child is the realization of a dream come true.”
Ziering married Erin Ludwig in May 2010. She is in her second trimester and the child is due in May.

Brooke Mueller Back in Rehab as Precaution, Did Not Relapse OR Fail Drug Test, Lawyer Says

Brooke Mueller did not relapse, according to her lawyer, but merely checked into rehab because of a pre-scheduled “maintenance” program approved by a judge.
Yale Galanter says that when his client pleaded guilty to cocaine possession last month, she made arrangements to go back to rehab four times over the next year.
The reason is simple: Brooke was done well in rehab in the past, and then abruptly fallen back into the seedy world of hard ass drug use upon her return to L.A.

After a long investigation, bigamy charges will not be filed against Kody Brown and his four spouses, who gained prominence last year on TLC’s show Sister Wives.
The Utah County Attorney’s Office announced Thursday that it will not pursue a criminal case against the Browns, based on the office’s interpretation of state law.
Utah County Attorney Jeffrey Buhman said that his office has adopted a formal policy not to prosecute the practice of bigamy unless it occurs in conjunction with another crime or if parties to the marriage or relationship is under 18.
