Like countless other young Americans, Honey Boo Boo has been selling Girl Scout cookies.
To her hundreds of thousands of fans online, and the chagrin of the Girl Scouts of the USA.
Honey Boo Boo posted the above ad on her Facebook page, which has 701,000 likes.
She also drew the organization’s ire by posting photos of stacks of boxes she sold.
HBB is not selling the cookies for herself, it’s worth nothing, but for a friend. Nevertheless, to say didn’t go down well with the organization is an understatement.

Prince Harry Wants to Make Princess Diana Proud With AIDS Charity Work

Prince Harry spoke about his charity work Wednesday night in South Africa, and of his late mother, who instilled the passion in him for giving back.
Princess Diana worked to help those with HIV/AIDS, and now Harry, 28, is doing the same in the tiny kingdom of Lesotho, where he’s visiting now.
The younger Prince of Wales observed the work of the charity Sentebale that he set up with friend Prince Seeiso in memory of their late mothers.
Harry said he hoped both mothers would be looking down with pride.
“I hope she would be proud of what we are trying to achieve in her name,”

Jacoby Jones to Go Dancing With the Stars

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones danced his way to the Super Bowl XLVII title this month. Now he’ll be going Dancing With the Stars on ABC!
Jones will be on the 16th season of the ABC dancing competition, which announced his casting. The rest of the cast will be unveiled Tuesday on GMA.
The show returns March 18, a week after The Bachelor finale (follow this link for The Bachelor spoilers) starring Lowe, who’s also rumored to be joining DWTS.

Many stars that did not snag an invite to the main event attended the annual Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Academu Awards viewing party in Hollywood, posing for cameras on the red carpet in their Sunday night best.

Lindsay Lohan’s former assistant Gavin Doyle was issued a subpoena to testify at her probation violation trial, which is not exactly good news for the star.
It was Doyle, after all, who revealed to cops that Lindsay Lohan herself was driving the Porsche that crashed on the Pacific Coast Highway back in June.
Lohan reportedly lied to police and said Doyle was driving, and was thus charged with willfully resisting, obstruction, and providing false information.

Suge Knight is a wanted man. It’s not the first time.
Not one but TWO warrants have been issued for the former Death Row CEO’s arrest following a pair of alleged incidents in which he drove with no license.
Knight was supposed to be in court last Thursday to answer charges pertaining to those cases, one stemming from 2011 and the other from 2012.
But of course, ol’ Sugar Bear failed to show up.
Especially when one is already on three years unsupervised probation for one of the incidents, bailing on a court date is typically not looked highly upon.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy is leaving Dancing With the Stars, according to reports.
Sources close to the show say the Ukrainian hunk spoke with producers a few days ago and told them he won’t be returning for the Spring 2013 season.

Mischa Barton Accused of Stiffing Sober Coaches

Mischa Barton is refusing to pay a team of sober coaches who claim the troubled actress racked up a huge bill for using their services back in 2009.
She was ordered to pay $95,000 (!) to Doctors’ Choice Nursing in 2011. Barton did not show up to answer the suit, so a default judgment was reached.
The nature of the services has been a mystery, until this week in court, when the owner of DCN explained that the nurses were hired to keep Mischa sober.
The owner did not specify which substance Mischa was abusing.

Dr. Conrad Murray will testify in the Michael Jackson wrongful death lawsuit filed by Katherine Jackson, who is looking to collect damages from AEG.
