Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney apologized for alleged pranks he pulled in high school, but denied they constituted bullying of gay students.
A Washington Post piece insinuated that pranks the likely GOP nominee pulled during his years at a Michigan all-boys high school targeted his gay peers.
Romney admitted during a radio interview that he did some “dumb things” but that “homosexuality was the furthest thing from his mind” in school.

Vidal Sassoon, Hairstylist and Fashion Icon, Dies at 84

Renowned hair stylist and fashion icon Vidal Sassoon, known for creating the “bob” style and for a line of consumer products that bear his name, has died.
Sassoon passed away today from an unspecified illness at his home on Mulholland Drive in Hollywood. Family members were by his side. Vidal was 84.
He was reportedly diagnosed with leukemia in 2009. It’s unclear what role the cancer played in Sassoon’s death. His official cause of death is natural causes.

On his way out of the office, a businessman learned this first-hand as he was accosted by a particularly aggressive goose. Luckily, he had a lightsaber on him.
