Brandi Glanville to LeAnn Times: Thanks For the Book Sales!

Days after LeAnn Rimes’ interview about her feud with Brandi Glanville, the latter Tweeted a backhanded thank you to a “certain someone” for boosting book sales.

Friday, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wrote: “Every time a certain someone does another interview my book pre-sales sky rocket! Thank you! #Career.”

Glanville’s Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders does not come out for another few weeks, but pre-orders have indeed risen over the past few days.

Her sarcastic comment comes after Rimes slammed Glanville to ET for their “ridiculous, one-sided feud,”

Naomi Judd Responds to Ashley Judd Memoir

Country music legend Naomi Judd was not a picture-perfect mom.

That much is obvious from Ashley Judd’s allegations of incest and sexual abuse suffered as a child. Not by Naomi, per se, but on her train wreck mom’s watch.

Ray Bradbury’s ‘The Martian Chronicles’ to make big screen debut

[HMG Celebrity News] – When the two NASA rovers landed on Mars in January 2004 it caused huge public interest. Now Paramount is planning to harness that interest with a movie of Ray Bradbury’s Martian Chronicles.

Tina Fey Pregnant With Second Child

Billy Joel Cancels HarperCollins Book Deal

Singer Billy Joel has cancelled his HarperCollins book deal for The Book Of Joel a memoir he planned to write for the publisher.

According to the publisher, the book was to be an “emotional ride” that would speak of Joel’s three failed marriages and his various substance abuse battles.

The book was scheduled for a June release and would have contained “never before revealed” details about Billy Joel.

Apparently Joel abruptly quit the book with no notice. Joel said of the cancellation:

‘Barefoot Contessa’ Ina Garten Can’t Find Time For 6-Year-Old Cancer Patient

(HMG Celebrity News) – Perhaps this was a situation where her business management unwisely handled her arrangements but this really reflects poorly on Food Network star Ina Garten. TMZ reports that the Make-A-Wish Foundation asked the Barefoot Contessa if she would grant the wish of a 6-year-old cancer patient named Enzo, by cooking him a meal.  Enzo, who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia three years ago, asked Make-A-Wish if they would help him meet Ina Garten. Ed Harris to Play John McCain in Game Change

Ed Harris has been cast as John McCain in Game Change, HBO’s retelling of the 2008 presidential campaign, based on the book by the same name,

Harris, a four-time Oscar nominee, will join Julianne Moore, who was already picked to play Sarah Palin, McCain’s running mate in their 2008 bid.
