True Blood debuted fresh footage from Season 5 and talked about a great deal of sex to come at yesterday’s Comic-Con Q&A.
The cast and creator of everyone’s favorite HBO thriller gathered in Ballroom 20 in front of thousands of fans and Alan Ball held little back in terms of the between-the-sheets shenanigans on tap.
“There are definitely some very hot sex scenes, and there are some wacky, ‘What The F–k?’ sex scenes. And between those two, I think all will be satisfied,” Ball teased.

That’s Joe Manganiello, who plays the werewolf Alcide and who has been made a series regular.
How did he get so ripped? Easy, the actor says: the script called for it.
“If Alcide was described as weighing 300 pounds with a comb-over and missing his front teeth, that’s what I would look like,” Manganiello tells the magazine.

True Blood star Joe Manganiello and Audra Marie, his actress/model girlfriend, are now engaged! Congratulations to the happy couple, and sorry ladies!
On vacation in Italy, the hunk popped the question to Audra Marie, who he met at a 2009 Super Bowl party, and didn’t hit it off with right away.
“She wouldn’t go out with me for six months,” Manganiello recalled to People. “We started dating a few months before I got cast [on True Blood].”
