With the semifinals on tap tonight, some of the biggest stars in music are set to perform on the season two finale of The Voice next Tuesday, May 8.
You might not typically expect to see Justin Bieber, Lady Antebellum, Flo Rida and Hall & Oates perform at the same event, but that’s The Voice for you.
Bieber will return to the show for a world premiere performance of his new single, “Boyfriend,” from his upcoming album, Believe, available June 19.

Justin Bieber released the album cover for his upcoming CD last night, Tweeting two versions of the photo (regular and deluxe), along with the hashtag #53DAYS. It will be available for purchase on June 19.

Bieber has said the tracks on the album will be more grown up than his usual fare; one will also have been written with Taylor Swift, while another – which might not make it on to the song list – was actually written with Mariah Yeater in mind.

Justin Bieber Promises New, Fresh "Boyfriend" Video

Justin Bieber continues to give his fans a taste of his forthcoming video for “Boyfriend,” with new teaser clips (below) and interviews on the topic.
“I think people are going to be really happy [with the video] and … I think it’s going to make people like the song more,” Bieber told MTV News.
“The song, and the album (Believe), in general, is just really new and fresh and I think that people are going to be really happy to hear it.”
The song represents a more mature sound for the 18-year-old, but he says “Boyfriend” is just one component of the album’s overall sound.

Two weeks after attorneys for the singer sent a cease-and-desist letter to RC3, the makers of a video game titled “Joustin Beaver,” that company has fired back, alleging that its creation does NOT violate Bieber’s trademark claims.
“The App, a video game, is a parody of the commercial success of the Defendant and any celebrity,” RC3 states in its lawsuit, going on to detail the game, which hilariously included “Otter-graphs.”

The artist was forced to make this admission recently after getting accosted by a fan on the way to the bathroom, leading to a Facebook posting in which he addressed those “mad” at him for not stopping to pose for a photo by saying: “im not a robot. let me piss first.”
