Joan Rivers Tells Off Anti-Defamation League, Defends Nazi Comment

Joan Rivers made headlines this week when she handcuffed herself to a cart at Costco in protest of that chain refusing to sell copies of her memoir, shouting to customers that the store is akin to “Nazi Germany.”
In response, the Anti-Defamation League issued a statement that called out the comedian for these remarks, saying:
“Such comparisons only serve to trivialize the Holocaust and are deeply offensive to Jews and other survivors.”
But Rivers – who is Jewish – isn’t exactly backing down. She fired back at the organization via TMZ:

Red Dawn Trailer: The North Koreans Are Coming!

The North Koreans are coming, it appears, instead of the USSR in the remake of Red Dawn, the Cold War cult favorite starring Patrick Swayze and Lea Thompson.
Chris Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson star in this reboot, which at least took 28 years to be remade (way more than the new Total Recall or The Amazing Spider-Man).
The 2012 Red Dawn plot is basically the same, in any case.
Get ready for an action adventure pitting the Wolverines – a rag-tag band of handsome and wholesome U.S. teens – against formidable international invaders:

Debbie Rowe on Jackson Kids’ Co-Guardianship: All Good … For Now

Debbie Rowe, the woman who gave birth to two of Michael Jackson’s children, stating she supports the new guardianship situation, with one caveat:
She WILL intervene if things don’t work out.
Rowe filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court saying she has reviewed and signed off on TJ and Katherine Jackson sharing responsibilities.
She’ll be keeping her eye on it, however.

The comedian penned a letter to The Huffington Post confirming the split, saying he and the chain are “growing in two different directions.”

Former Bachelorette hopeful Kasey Kahl is back behind bars after police charged him with assault stemming from the guy (and girl) he beat up this year.
While under the influence of PAINT THINNER, allegedly.
More than half a year after the January 15 incident, TMZ says prosecutors finally decided there was evidence to charge Kasey Kahl with felony assault.
Charges were filed and Kahl was arrested early Friday:

Larry Wachowski, the acclaimed Hollywood director responsible for the hit movie franchise has apparently outed himself as a pink-haired transsexual.
He recently made an unexpected public debut as Lana Wachowski.
Wachowski has been undergoing hormone therapy as part of his sex change treatment for nearly a decade now, according to the Daily Mail (UK).
In a trailer for his latest film, Cloud Atlas, Wachowski says in a soft voice: ‘Hi, I’m Lana.’ It’s the first time he has appeared publicly as a woman.
