Within hours of Kate Middleton topless pictures burning up the Internet and the pages of French tabloid Closer, the Royal Family is reportedly planning action against the magazine behind these images.
A rep for St. James’s Palace just released a statement saying that “legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in France” by Kate and William. No further details were included.
The move does not come as a shock, considering the family’s swift and forceful reaction to the photos in question.

Jerry Lawler isn’t just awake and alert – he’s filming himself being awake and alert!
The WWE broadcaster/former grappler, who collapsed on air of a heart attack while announcing Monday Night Raw in Montreal this week, has actually recorded a video of himself standing alongside his hospital bed.
In the clip, Lawler is standing and speaking very clearly, even joking about all the wires connected to his body. He then goes on to thank for WWE Universe for all the well wishes sent his way.

Nicole Greenaway left her 3-month-old daughter with a babysitter overnight two months ago. The sitter’s 10-year-old daughter has since been charged with manslaughter in the baby’s death. Yes, 10. How did this tragic tale happen?
Greenaway had previously trusted co-worker, Amanda Huard, to babysit her kids – baby Brooklyn and her 2-year-old sister – at Huard’s Fairfield, Maine, home.
Greenaway says she did not want the sitter’s daughter in charge of the baby.

High School Valedictorian Denied Diploma For Saying "Hell" in Graduation Speech

Kaitlin Nootbaar, an Oklahoma high school valedictorian, is being denied her diploma … because she said the word HELL in her May graduation speech.
She graduated from Prague High School with a 4.0 GPA, but has been told she will have to submit a written apology in order to receive her diploma.
“We went to the office and asked for the diploma and the principal said, ‘Your diploma is right here but you’re not getting it,’” her dad, David, recalled.
“‘Close the door, we have a problem.’”

Joan Rivers Tells Off Anti-Defamation League, Defends Nazi Comment

Joan Rivers made headlines this week when she handcuffed herself to a cart at Costco in protest of that chain refusing to sell copies of her memoir, shouting to customers that the store is akin to “Nazi Germany.”
In response, the Anti-Defamation League issued a statement that called out the comedian for these remarks, saying:
“Such comparisons only serve to trivialize the Holocaust and are deeply offensive to Jews and other survivors.”

Red Dawn Trailer: The North Koreans Are Coming!

The North Koreans are coming, it appears, instead of the USSR in the remake of Red Dawn, the Cold War cult favorite starring Patrick Swayze and Lea Thompson.
Chris Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson star in this reboot, which at least took 28 years to be remade (way more than the new Total Recall or The Amazing Spider-Man).
The 2012 Red Dawn plot is basically the same, in any case.
Get ready for an action adventure pitting the Wolverines – a rag-tag band of handsome and wholesome U.S. teens – against formidable international invaders:
