Somewhere, Donald Trump is so pissed … and quickly moving on to think up ways he can zing Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin on the morning show circuit.
The U.S. Supreme Court announced it will not hear an appeal of a lawsuit by plaintiffs – including Buena Park, Calif., Pastor Wiley Drake – claiming that Barack Obama is not a natural-born citizen and so cannot legitimately hold the presidency.
The nation’s highest court threw out the case, hopefully the last of its kind.

President Barack Obama’s pot-smoking past is detailed in Barack Obama: The Story, a new biography of the Commander-in-Chief by David Maraniss, who had previously revealed Obama’s early girlfriends (including Genevieve Cook) in Vanity Fair.
The President himself has been remarkably and refreshingly candid about his past drug use, but new details of Obama smoking marijuana with his buddies at Hawaii’s Punahou School are still setting the web ablaze (sorry).
Maraniss writes, “When a joint was making the rounds, [Obama] often elbowed his way in, out of turn, shouted ‘Intercepted!’ and took anMore >

Kelly Clarkson may be a miss who thinks of herself as independent.
And she may not hook up and she may be singing about a guy who is a “know it all” these days. But the singer wants to make one thing clear: she’s straight.
“People keep saying I’m gay, and I’m not,” the original American Idol tells E! News. “I’m pretty sure I’ve never made out with a girl. It’s just not helping me because I’m straight. No boy wants to hit on me because I make mean songs about them, and they think I’m gay.”

Sarah Palin’s husband, Todd, denounced Joe McGinniss’ new book about Alaska’s most famous family as “disgusting lies, innuendo and smears” in a statement.
The former governor’s camp is looking to discredit the biography – a racy, detailed, provocative tell-all, even as Palin gossip goes – which is due out next week.
Todd Palin slammed The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin, specifically denying that his business partner Brad Hanson had an affair with his wife.
The part about Glen Rice nailing Sarah Palin, sadly, went unmentioned by Todd.
Todd Palin wrote of McGinniss:

Game of Thrones and Lord of the Rings tough guy Sean Bean was stabbed in a bar fight the other night, but refused medical treatment. Bad ass!
The actor reportedly came to the aid of his model companion after a fellow pub-goer made some untoward comments on her topless posing past.
