Cops Thwart Paparazzi From Accosting Paris Jackson

Two members of the paparazzi were handcuffed by the cops after allegedly blowing through red lights while chasing Michael Jackson’s daughter, Paris.
TMZ says the photographers (not TMZ or THG staff members) were allegedly chasing a car Paris was in, blowing red lights and driving recklessly.
No arrests have been made because police didn’t see the chase take place. There will not even be any citations given, for exactly the same reason.
Still, the paps were thwarted and beat it.

With the Las Vegas rounds (thankfully!) looming, there were several great performers on America’s Got Talent last night, as the show saved them in hopes they’ be fresh in our minds….
The ContendersFatally Unique – The team was well coordinated in the beginning, but I liked how they tried to have boxes to break out of. The members hit really hard and they were very similar to the crew Live in Color from America’s Best Dance Crew. Hopefully, they could afford something better than cardboard boxes that fall over for the Vegas rounds.

Estella Warren Checks Into Rehab

Actress Estella Warren, who was charged with DUI and resisting arrest in an alleged hit-and-run last month, has entered a residential treatment facility.
She is wearing an alcohol-detecting SCRAM bracelet, Lindsay Lohan style.
“She wants to prove she isn’t drinking,” her attorney, Darren Kavinoky, said. “She’s committed to making the situation right and moving on in an appropriate way.”
The former Planet of the Apes star, 32, is looking at up to six months in jail on four misdemeanor charges that also include battery on a police officer. Wow.

Gruesome Evidence Makes Casey Anthony Sick

Casey Anthony abruptly left the courtroom during her murder trial with an undisclosed sickness after seeing graphic photos of her slain daughter’s remains.
Whatever the reason, that was the end of the trial for the day.
“Miss Anthony is ill. We’re recessing for the day,” Judge Belvin Perry said. “Neither the state nor the defense has any comment regarding her illness.”
The early end to the court session in the Orlando murder trial came after a day of graphic testimony and grisly photographs of Caylee’s remains.

Jake Busey to Check Into Rehab

Jake Busey plans to check himself in to a rehab facility for substance abuse issues next week after being hospitalized for alcohol poisoning.
The actor explained how he woke up in an L.A. hospital this week after having “a little too much fun” with booze. He’s very candid about it.
Jake insists he’s determined to get himself on a “straight path to clean living” and will take rehab seriously. Here’s hoping that he does.
Jake, 39, is the son of Gary Busey.

John Edwards Facing Federal Indictment Over Campaign Finance Violations, Rielle Hunter Saga

The United States Department of Justice is ready to throw the book at former presidential candidate John Edwards for alleged violations of campaign laws.
The alleged crimes took place as the former U.S. Senator tried to cover up an extra-marital affair and love child, revealed in ’08 by the National Enquirer.

Ronnie and The Situation got into a major fist fight with each other last night in Italy, according to TMZ, and based on the post-brawl images, well…

A judge just lifted the restraining order prohibiting Brown from going near Rihanna, so long as he does not harass, annoy, or molest his former girlfriend.
Brown appeared in court in L.A., where a judge replaced Rihanna’s restraining order with a less-severe Level One order, stipulating the terms above.
