The first of three sexual battery accusers has moved to dismiss his own lawsuit against the movie legend. The anonymous masseur did not give a reason.
E! News has obtained the notice of dismissal, which was filed today in U.S. District Court. So the actor is officially in the clear … with this guy at least.
John Travolta’s accuser set off a firestorm last week, but drew criticism early on both for his extremely graphic lawsuit and for contradicting his story.

Not long after William Balfour was found guilty of murdering her mother, brother and nephew, Jennifer Hudson released an email statement regarding the tragedy as a whole.
“We have felt the love and support from people all over the world, and we’re very grateful,” Hudson and sister Julia said, extending a prayer “from the Hudson family to the Balfour family” because “we have all suffered a terrible loss in this tragedy.”

Bobby Brown Pleads Out DUI Arrest

Bobby Brown has reached a deal with prosecutors that will keep the singer out of jail.
As first reported by TMZ, Brown pleaded “no contest” today to one charge of driving with a blood alcohol content over .08, stemming from an incident in late March when cops pulled him over for driving erratically.
In exchange, attorneys dropped the DUI count and Brown was sentenced to 36 months of probation and one day he’s already served in county prison.

Nia Crooks Charged With Battery For Basketball Wives Pimp-Slap

Basketball Wives star Nia Crooks has been charged with misdemeanor battery for slapping Jennifer Williams on a recent episode of the VH1 “hit” show.

A warrant for Chris Brown’s arrest is being prepared by the Florida State’s Attorney’s office Thursday after he allegedly stole a woman’s phone. Seriously.

California’s Attorney General says officials will not reopen the investigation into the death Rebecca Zahau, despite calls from Jonah Shacknai to do so.
Rebecca’s nude body was found hanging from a balcony at Jonah’s Coronado, Calif., mansion, days after his son, Max, was found unconscious there.
Rebecca’s death was ruled a suicide, which her family vehemently disagrees with. Max later died from injuries he sustained from an accidental fall.
