A Michigan couple that tried to blackmail John Stamos was convicted of conspiracy and using email to threaten a person’s reputation today.
In December, Allison Coss and Scott Sippola were arrested for asking $680,000 from the actor in exchange for supposedly compromising photos they possessed of him.
On the stand this week, Stamos admitted to meeting Coss on vacation a few years ago and keeping in contact with her – but vehmently denied allegations of drug use and inappropriate sexual behavior.

(HMG) – A Michigan couple charged with conspiring to extort money from “Full House” and “ER” actor John Stamos in exchange for photos they claimed showed him with cocaine and strippers, have been found guilty of conspiracy and using e-mail to threaten a person’s reputation. Allison Coss, 24, and Scott Sippola, 31, have been convicted of trying to extort $680,000 from actor John Stamos which could land them in prison for up to five years. John Stamos will guest star on Glee this fall.
But there’s nothing gleeful about his current situation: the actor took to the stand yesterday to defend himself against Allison Coss, the young woman arrested in December for trying to extort $680,000 from Stamos in exchange for not releasing allegedly compromising photos of him.
Testifying in U.S. District Court, Stamos denied all accusations that he used cocaine and/or accompanied an underage Coss in a hot tub. He admitted the following under oath:
