[HMG Celebrity News] – After one of the show’s most tedious PR stunts, Jennifer Lopez was picked as a judge for American Idol. And her new gig could come in handy – because her husband, Marc Anthony reportedly owes $3.4-million in back-taxes.

Recently obtained records show that IRS authorities in New York filed papers in Nassau County, Long Island on March 29, demanding $1.8-million from the 41-year old singer. Three months earlier they filed a lien on one of his local properties for another $1.6-million.
