The Voice Results: Who Made the Final 12?

The Top 12 finalists have been announced on The Voice.
Monday, Team Usher and Team Adam squared off. Tuesday, it was Team Blake and Team Shakira. Four members per team, vying for three spots.
Who earned them after America selected two from each squad, and the coaches each selected one more to advance to the Top 12 show next Monday?
Let’s find out!
Right off the bat, Carson Daly announced there were inconsistencies in the voting, and that votes via text and online were not included in the voting results.
However, “removing votes did not affect the outcome.” Mmmkay.

Adam Levine and his girlfriend Anne Vyalitsyna have broken up.
The Maroon 5 frontman and judge on The Voice has split from Vyalitsyna, also known as model Anne V., her rep confirmed exclusively to People today.
Vyalitsyna said in a statement:
“Adam and I have decided to separate in an amicable and supportive manner. We still love and respect each other as friends. I wish him all the best.”
The Russian-born Vyalitsyna, 26, met Levine, 33, at the the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue release party in early 2010, where Maroon 5 was performing.

While his wildly popular reality singing show The Voice is his baby, he admits that American Idol is an “institution” and hard to compete with. “I can’t fuck with American Idol,” Levine told Out Magazine. “It’s a cultural institution. As you know, ‘Chariot’ singer Gavin Degraw was badly beaten in New York on Monday and members of Maroon 5 have been quick to show support for their friend who had opened their Connecticut concert just hours earlier.
Gavin, 34, was brutally attacked by a gang at around 4am Monday morning after leaving a dinner date with friends on 6th Street and 1st Avenue in New York’s Lower East Side. He tried to walk home after the attack but was knocked down by a cab about six blocks from the scene.
