Sources tell In Touch Weekly that friends of Robert Pattinson are concerned because the director and Stewart are alone in Los Angles (not counting a few million other residents), while the actor is filming a movie in Australia.

Mark Salling, best known for portraying Noah Puckerman on Glee, has been accused of sexual battery against a woman who claims he forced her to have unprotected sex.
Roxanne Gorzela details in a lawsuit that she started dating the actor in September of 2010. A few months later, the couple was engaged in some hot bedroom action that Gorzela admits was consensual… as long as Salling wore a condom.
Simply put, according to the legal document, Salling refused and went on to “”insert his penis into [her] vagina without a condom.”

Thomas Gibson Arrested for Drunk Driving

Television star Thomas Gibson was arrested early today for drunk driving.
Best known for roles on Dharma & Greg and more recently Criminal Minds, Gibson ignored a section of Los Angeles this morning that was section off for a race.
Authorities tell TMZ that police stopped the actor and alerted him to the reserved half-marathon zone, but Gibson proceeded in his vehicle anyway.
He was then pulled over and booked around 1:30 a.m. after officers smelled alcohol on his breath and he refused to take a breathalyzer.
Gibson’s bail was set at His bail is set at $15,000.

But the 26-year old restaurant manager would have considered going on more dates with the actor, a friend tells The New York Daily News, if not for the media maelstrom that has taken over her life.

Tom Cruise gave a deposition before Christmas in connection to a wiretapping case involving the actor, taking great pains to ensure that his testimony remains private.
A $5 million lawsuit in 2009 against Cruise and his lawyer, Bert Fields, accuses the duo of conspiring with private investigator Anthony Pellicano to tap phones.
Magazine editor Michael Davis Sapir is the plaintiff. In 2001, Cruise sued Sapir after the editor offered a $500,000 reward for evidence proving Cruise was gay.

The family feud over Ariel Winter has reached a detente, at least temporarily.
“It looks like the court is going to order therapy and counseling to help keep us together as a family,” Ariel’s older brother Jimmy Workman told reporters.
“Everything’s holding off and everyone’s going to counseling.”
Lawyers for Ariel’s mother, Chris Workman, her older daughter Shanelle, 34, as well as the star, hammered out an agreement this afternoon.

A bit of movie news for you this afternoon: The Broadcast Film Critics Association has unveiled its list of nominees for the 18th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards.
Lincoln led the way, receiving a record 13 nominations, including Best Picture, while Les Misérables was next with 11, followed by Silver Linings Playbook with 10.
