Rehabbing Charlie Sheen flies his three resident angel’s for a little island vacation

(HMG Celebrity News) – In case you’re under the impression Charlie Sheen is rehabbing at home from his many addictions, sorry to say that is not likely so.  After nearly partying so hard that he had to be hospitalized, Sheen never seemed to buy into the idea that he needed rehabilitation from drugs, alcohol and sexual addictions.  But to save face in my opinion, the idea was hatched that doctors would come to Charlie’s house, because Charlie refused to go to a rehabilitation facility.  Since then it has emerged that Sheen’s soon-to-be-ex wife Brooke Mueller who is a real piece of work herself, moved back into Sheen’s multi-million dollar mansion during the weekend. Also living with Mueller and Sheen are porn star Bree Olson and marijuana model Natalie Kenly. That’s some kind of rehab program Charlie is undergoing. And it get’s better. Charlie and his “roommates” left Los Angeles on Wednesday to vacation on a private tropical island. So much for rehab at home! A source tells Radar, “Charlie talked about building a porn family and now he’s got these three women all living with him and taking off on vacation with him.”

Update: More on Charlie’s new girlfriend Natalie Kenly — aka Natty Baby — a model regularly featured in “Cali Chronic X Magazine” … who’s such a pot enthusiast, she was even crowned, “Chronic Girl 2010.”

TMZ spoke with the co-editor of the magazine Jeffrey Peterson, who tells them Charlie began to pursue Natalie a few months ago after seeing her on the cover of the February, 2010 issue. They eventually were introduced through a mutual friend and since the two began their “whirlwind” relationship.
