Eddie Vedder and Jill McCormick[HMG Celebrity News] – You rarely get to report good news in this business, but here’s one welcome case – Pearl Jam lead singer Eddie Vedder and his longtime girlfriend, Jill McCormick were married in Hawaii on Saturday.

Eddie, 45, proposed to the 32-year-old model [who has appeared in both Vogue. Elle, Cosmo and Harper's Bazaar] in 2009 at the Kennedy Center Honors Gala in Washington D.C. They married on Saturday in a small, private ceremony, attended by around 70 guests including Sean Penn and Jack Johnson.

The pair already have two children together, 6-year-old Olivia and Harper Moon, aged almost 2. The not so good news is that Jill’s mom is a very reputable lawyer – who specializes in divorce.

As his fans know, this is Ed’s second marriage – In June 1994 he married the guitarist of Seattle’s experimental band ‘Hovercraft,’ Beth Liebling. They divorced in 2000 after what Eddie confessed had been six very stormy years.

The scribes at Us say there’s no word on a honeymoon yet, but we’ll let you know when they come up for air…
