Lily allen and boyfriend Sam Cooper[HMG Celebrity News] – For the second time in less than three years British musician Lily Allen is facing trauma and torment as news breaks of her suffering yet another miscarriage.

In December 2007 the now 25-year old Allen announced that she and ‘The Chemical Brothers’ Ed Simons were expecting a boy. A month later she miscarried. Last August her new partner, Sam Cooper (photo right with Lily) was named as the dad when Lily announced she was pregnant again.

But a few weeks later she hit complications, including “about a week and a half of really heavy bleeding.” In an interview with the British newspaper ‘The Sunday Times’ in September she confessed the worry this pregnancy could also fail had left her “living in fear for the past three months.”

And today the bad luck returned;

“It is with great sadness that we have to confirm that Lily Allen and Sam Cooper have lost their baby,” Lily’s rep tells People. “The couple ask that their privacy be respected and they be left alone at this distressing time. No further comment will be made.”

Back in August the sheer joy of her condition was captured in a Twitter picture of Lily holding a report of her news. But today’s outcome has not so far been shared on her feed.

Lily has often called the experience of having children “my main goal in life.” It remains to be seen how she’ll reach that goal with such misfortune apparently ranged against her…
