Already facing a barrage of lawsuits for financial mishandling and plagiarism, rapper Lil’ Wayne is now being dragged into court to face a $15-million legal claim he stole parts of the hit song Bedrock.

The bosses at Done Deal Enterprises claim Wayne and his label, Young Money Records stole parts of the song, which also featured Drake, Nicki Minaj and Lloyd and hit #1 on Billboard’s Rap Charts and number two in the Hot 100.

The Done Deal team claim the copyrights to the samples belong to them and they’re asking for $15-million to resolve the case.

Lil Wayne now has to appear in court on October 12 to answer the claims.Lil Wayne hit by $15m lawsuit over Nicki Minaj song, Bedrock

And this is just the latest legal pain in his life – He’s already been served with claims for unpaid royalties from a 2008 duet with T-Pain and music producer David Kirkwood is suing for outstanding payments for his work on Wayne’s album ‘Tha Carter III.’

And yet another group claims he used a sound sample of theirs in the 2006 song, Army Gunz.

Wayne’s lawyers have made no comment so far but that will change in September when they get into court.
