Kelsey Grammer, Camille Donatacci divorce lawyers feudIn the ongoing drama that became their divorce Kelsey Grammer and ex-wife, Camille Donatacci are on course for a custody trial over their two children, Mason and Jude.

In a preliminary meeting this morning an LA Judge ordered the attorneys for the pair to return to court on August 9th for an evidentiary hearing.

Kelsey’s attorney, Lance Spiegel wanted 120-days to do a custody evaluation but Camille’s attorney, Neal Hersh found that unacceptable and the Judge promptly agreed.

But the former pair’s problems didn’t end there. They own lavish homes in the Hamptons, Maui, Malibu, Long Island, Denver and Bel Air and Mr. Hersh told the Judge he was concerned about keeping the children’s lives secret from snooping guests.

So the Judge ruled that from now on people can only stay with written consent from both Kelsey and Camille.

Radar says the next hearing is set for July 27 when the court will discuss school arrangements for 6-year old Jude — He’s had to go through kindergarten twice and Camille wants to enroll him in public school for this fall.

Both sides have also asked for primary custody. Kelsey recently thought he’d solved that by taking Jude to live with him in Chicago and leaving 9-year old Mason in Beverly Hills with her mom. But Camille rang the alarm bells and that plan was sunk.

Kelsey’s lawyer asked that formal interviews of the couple by a child evaluator be done soon so the trial to decide custody can finally begin.

So who do you think should get to be with the kids – Camille or Kelsey? Let’s get your views…
