David Boreanaz and Jaime Bergman[HMG] – Having already admitted to one affair, David Boreanaz, star of the hit drama ‘Bones’ is now being sued by another actress for sexual harassment. And the accuser hired Gloria Allred – who once helped Rachel Uchitel…with whom David also had some fun times.

The lawsuit will be filed in a downtown LA court at 11am local time by Ms. Allred, who will be accompanied by the so-far unknown accuser. But David’s mother-in-law says the family are squarely behind him;

“It’s not just David and Jaime that want to work through this, it’s everyone that knows and loves them,” Sue Bergman told Radar. “That’s what family is. I don’t know what went wrong, but David is a nice person. He’s got great parents too.”

Sue’s daughter, Jaime (photo right) has been married to David since November 24th of 2001, and they have two children; Jaden Rayne, 8, and Bardot, 11-months. It’s not yet known how she’s reacting to this.

David confessed to another affair earlier this year, after the woman involved threatened to involve the press and police unless she got paid. She also hired Gloria Allred. It’s not known if that woman is this latest accuser.

David, 41, and Jaime are now in marriage counseling, and this story won’t help. The next step is the accuser’s unmasking at 11am. We’ll keep you advised what comes next…
