But to Americans it seems that such compromises – if not compromising—happen to be normal. Fortunately every cloud has a silver lining. Mel Gibson has done a lot to help us (and others) open our eyes. We no longer have illusions about American Justice. This suspended sentence given to a man who breaks a woman's teeth and hits her in the face (with concussion), this sentence seems to us like a bad joke showing no respect for the plaintiff, after testimonies that cannot be questioned. Besides, what compromise can be made with a man capable of lying even under oath? Anyway, let us be thankful to Gibson for what he has made known to us : This is how American Justice works! He was neglegent as a doctor and he should be charged for killing Michael Jackson.
