Actress Amy Smart engaged to HGTV handyman hunk Carter Oosterhouse
(HMG Celebrity News) – Actress Amy Smart hasn’t dated HGTV star Carter Oosterhouse for long but when he proposed how could she argue with his Hollywood good looks and beyond everyday man skills around the house? Following a five-month whirlwind romance, the 35-year-old former fashion model said yes and is now engaged to the year-old 34-hammer-wielding hunk who rose to stardom on TLC’s Trading Spaces and became the host of HGTV’s Carter Can. Amy who met Carter, at a green-charity event last November, shared a few details of the engagement with OK! Magazine:
I just got engaged on Sunday,” she “I’m so happy. It was so beautiful, romantic and I was completely surprised.
“I’m just really happy and enjoying this time.”
“I think he’s an incredible man on so many levels. He’s so kind, so respectful, loving…he’s got so many qualities that I can’t wait to spend my life with.”
No wedding date has yet been set, but it will be the first trip down the aisle for both.
